    On December 9, 2024 while making doing some intial shopping at Rasta Smoke Shop, I also puchased a yellow Scorch Torch. The torch was tested by the employee and provide to be functioning. Which continued a couple days after leaving. However, while attempting to refill with butane none was entering the unit. Tried different nossel adapters thinking that it was preventing an accurate sealing and causing the gas to escape. After examing the opening I notice a rubber sealer was missing and causing the spillage of gas. I tried a couple time during the week to exchange the torch. Arriving to the shop prior to it's designated opening. Waited an half hour after that time and still the shop hadn't opened. Finally was able to make it to the shop on December 16 while it was opened. Explained to the employee that I had recently purchase the item and explaining the defect (which the employee confirmed). I was advised that all sells where final and there's nothing that could be done. I wouldn't mind if it was me not liking what I bought and wanted to exchange for a different type of torch or a refund. But, I wanted to do a lateral exchange to an item (with manufacture defect) with one that worked as it should. I don't think it fair the I have to pay for an item that should have been checked before shipping from the manufacture and the shop, before being placed for customers to purchase. All that I ask for is a replacement of what was purchased Thanks for any assistance provided ***********************
