    I had an interlock device installed in my vehicle and in less than 2 months device quit working. After spending 5 hours trying to resolve it was decided I needed to have vehicle towed to a service center. ******* center said there was a bad blocker on device and it wouldnt be till next day before a new one could be shipped and installed the next day. At that point had no choice but to get hotel room for the night until new part could be installed in vehicle the next day. I have submitted receipts many times and have been told a reimbursement would be coming but has never been followed through.

    I have a suspended license due to bad readings with my faulty device. Nobody cares about my freedom I might be arrested by the time this is resolved so thanks low cost I appreciate it.

    The equipment placed in my car is faulty. It is passing tests then failing the next test in 5 minutes then passing me on the re test. This is causing me to take my device in for recalibration almost weekly at $30 a trip plus having to take time off work to take it in. This has been happening for several months and is causing me violations with the state who is requiring me to have this. I have tried numerous times to contact the company and have left multiple messages but have not received any calls back. I have asked to speak with a supervisor but they keep transferring me to technical support who does not answer or return calls due to staffing issues. My car has me locked out and I cannot reach anyone to resolve the issue.

    The device suffered a mechanical failure after two weeks resulting in almost 300 in towing fees. They are running me around and not providing reimbursement. This all resulted from them selling me a faulty device.

    Worst company Ive ever done business with! Horrible device, that doesnt even function properly. Causing very inaccurate data, which results in my time being extended with this horrible company. Only way to dispute the data, is by submitting a request online for someone to contact you. Ive submitted about 5 requests for someone to contact me about the data, violations, & the *********** have yet to hear from anyone. I feel as if this is the biggest scam ever! I was only supposed to have the device for 5 ************ with the inaccurate data collected causing the violations. My program has been extended about another 5 months. Every single time Ive got the device calibrated, Ive got another violation, causing the time to be extended. Im very fearful I will have to have this device forever, with the rate that things are going.. Its very sickening, as I do not even drink anymore & Im just trying to put this behind me. However, this company is making it impossible to do so. *** asked to make an appointment to remove the device, so I can try another company. Then they tell me its a process in which the *** will probably deny my request, due to my time not being fulfilled. I have no idea what to do & *** been trying to locate an attorney that can assist with disputing this data.. I even have videos showing that this device does not function properly.. theres been many occasions where Ive had to wait over 30 mins for the device to turn on, so I can test & get my car started. In which, it had caused me to be late to work & get written up for my tardiness. Im so scared that if I keep on getting more violations, my drivers license will be suspended and or revoked.. Someone please help!! If theres an email I can send the videos I have, Im more than happy to show the proof that this device does not work properly AT ALL.

    i have 2 tow bills that occurred on differnt dates.Both tows related to interlock device failure which disabled my car.Last time had to return vehicle to service center 5 times within 3 week period for recalibration ************ center was over an hours drive.when calling for help or tech suport on 24 hour emergency number was put on hold or hung up on multiple times..on one occasion contacted 24 hour support on a saturday morning received call on a tuesday evening?Waited on hold for up to 3 hours on serveral occasions! Tech suport solution was always return to service center!Was accused of not providing sample or tapering with devices......First device had a faulty camera which shorted out device repeatedly.. 4day wait for parts ?..Sytem was replaced ? Repaired ?Was back at service center 3 days later ....same problem....new device.According to their disclaimer every phone call was recorded...Definitely some intresting conversations !
