    Called U-Move to move a 3bd/2bath home. Was provided an estimate of 5.5 hour job and a total cost of $1100 to $1300 with the following was to be included: packing materials, boxes, shrink wrap, blankets, padded wraps, Mattress Bags, etc., (which I was charged an additional $145 for)************** didn't completed the job until 10 hours later and overcharge charged me @ $2,074 minus the $100 truck fee totaling $1,974.They also broke a ******* 55" ************** in the move (I sent pics and video to ************** @ number ending in 7468)I am requesting a refund of $260 in overcharge fees and the replacement cost of the 55" ******* ************** in the amount of $899.99. I have been trying to communicate with ****** and *****, however there has been no resolution as of yet, and I have not heard back from anyone on how this will be resolved.I beleive the owner, ****** *******, should be held responsible and have my, (their customer's) TV replaced that the ********************** crew members broke.

    The initial service included 1 truck, 2 men - we were giving a discounted rate of $175 for a min 2 hour. Upon arrival the drivers said theyd arrived early and left within the two hours. Although they left the job incomplete, communication was hard theyd never answer the phone, they didnt complete the job and overcharged me. I have been blocked and directed to an address that seem to be a home where they didnt care to find out their home was attached to a fraudulent business.     ****** and *** were professional and very efficient. I appreciate how well they took care of our items and ensured arrival at our new home was seamless and without any damage. I highly recommend and look forward to using their services in the future.

    U-Move made my move completely stress free. I appreciated their professionalism and patience with an easy/difficult move. They were on time, had great communication the whole process, and took impeccable care of all of my belongings. Not a single thing was broken or scratched! A+****** was the representative who set everything up for me and his customer service skills were phenomenal. I would highly recommend this moving company.

    ****** and *** did a fantastic job on my move! They were professional and efficient. They took steps to make sure the property wasn't damaged. They worked with me to get all of the boxes into the correct rooms quickly, and helped setting up the new room to maximize space (above-and-beyond!). I was very impressed with U-Move and would absolutely recommend to friends and use again for a move.
