The representative tried to tell me that he cannot honor my warranty. That the period of peripherals such as battery and adapters is six (6) months, but I pointed out to him that his 1-year warranty book states in Chapter 1.2 states 1 year. The representative told me after 20 minutes of hold time, that he will be offering a "one-time" replacement for the error that they made. You aren't honoring anything but what is already written in black and white! As far as I am concerned MSI is running a warranty scam and should be ashamed of themselves. I will never buy another MSI product. I will be switching to ASUS once my laptop inevitably fails like my A/C Adapter did.I had to put in two tickets with two different departments (first Warranty referred me to Parts and Accessories, then Parts and Accessories referred me to the main number). What is the point? I will make sure that everyone knows that MSI is a horrible, scheming company with horrible customer service.

Msi Store ghosted me on a return desktop PC and also ghosted PayPal. The end results was PayPal refunded the complete price. After many non responsive requests to MSI Store they fail to stand behind there 30 day return for any reason policy. If you have to deal with MSI Store do it with Paypal or a credit card company the will go to bat for you.

Bought B650M-a and B650P pro mother boards issue with ******* 980 pro ssd with up to date firmware not properly being recognized and written to resulting in data loss.MSI does not state in any documentation or ****eting Material they are a ********* ONLY HARDWARE COMPANY.The motherboard was setup up for use with ELK and SPLUNK ( both UNIX LINUX NATIVE APPLICATIONS ) to perform OT and CI integrations for monitoring and management ( in our line of business not everything need to be a ****** WATT 230V system to perform log shipping AND processing. On April 9th the complaint was initiated about SPACE concerns again on the 10th 11th 12th 13th 14th 15th and lastly on the 16th and again today on the 18th of April. This issue presents itself when a ** ( other than windows ) formats the M.2 Slot *** which needs a block size smaller than 32K.. MSI seems to do a harware coded ********* format of the blocks then the ** overlays on a preformatted layer thinking it is contiguious and not realizing it is segmented.. ( in short more INODES are expected and more blocks, but there are less of both ) when the consumption begins to hit the ** 50% **** or 25% **** all space is consumed in a 8K or 16K system ( but before that happens files are already being segmented across multiple 32K boundaries ) a 200K object install registers as a 500K+~1.2Million file install registers that is is taking up 9.9GB, but it is consuming 60GB. Last I checked 1+1=2 not 12 THE SIMPLE ASK FROM MSI (as this circus clown move by MSI has cost me 40K this month alone due to this failure PLUS the loss of 2.5TB of customer log data) ASK 1.) FIX the ISSUE with the *** KEEP COMMS LINES OPEN DAILY AND UPDATE ME DAILY!ASK2.) IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO FIX THE ISSUE CORRECT THE DOCUMENTATION AND MARKETING TO CALL THEM WHAT THEY ARE ********* CLOWNS ONLY ( PLUS BUY BACK THESE BOARDS AT MARKET SO I CAN GET A REAL MOTHERBOARD MANUFACTURERS BOARD TO PUT IN MY SYSTEMS) Else I will ask for them to share the 40K fine

I bought a laptop couple months ago, I have some problems since day once and they were at the beginning helpful and sent it twice to them. Till I had once more issue remained that ********* and ***** tech support both recommended me getting back to MSI to resolve the issue and here the story begins with someone who's saying he's a supervisor called "******". This guy is super useless, super rude, unprofessional AT ALL he hung up on me, he will let you feel that nobody understands except him but after all he doesn't know any single thing about tech. He didn't go through any troubleshooting steps with me or even tried to be a nice-useless-nonbenefical guy *** transfer me to someone else. I would never ever recommend somebody to MSI just because their poor and useless customer service and tech support, just know that when you get an MSI product you gonna be your own with whatever problem you may face.

I bought a MSI laptop from ****** for about $2,300. I loved it until the hinges fell apart, the screen fell off, and now it doesn't work at all. I had a one year warranty so I called before the warranty ended. The person on the phone told me I needed to register my computer on their website first. Online they wouldn't register my computer without the original invoice when I purchased it, so it cannot be fixed. Now I have a $2,300 laptop that doesn't work at all when the company knows darned well they are selling computers with faulty hinges and they don't want to pay to fix it.
