I ordered some cables on 5/27/2025 with the expectation theyd be shipped within the ***** hours stated in the company website. They have not shipped more than two weeks ********* week after the order, I inquired as to the status. A day later, I received notice a shipping label had been created. However, more than a week after this notice, the order still had not shipped.*** tried to contact the company several times. They have not answered. I have asked for a refund and to cancel the order several times Again, no response from the ********** seems this company is a front for scammers interested in only getting your money and not delivering on their promises.Initial Complaint

They are frayed and not charging properly. They say lifetime warranty and replacement. As you can see they are broke. I have sent multiple emails since March and haven't hard from them.Initial Complaint

I ordered cables and 2 charging blocks for $95 on April 2nd, 2025.Come April 14th, I ask about where my items are as it's been almost 2 weeks. I get an email from a ******* ****** who says he's really sorry for the delay, and what I ordered will arive in 5 to 10 days from last email. April 17th I messaged again and they never messaged back. There's also no number to call, which is really weird. The tracking number provided via **** could not get info as shipper hasn't given updates to the order. I'm really irritated and I'm going to call my bank and get my money back. How they have half a million happy customers? I have no idea. Not happy at all. Oh, when I try to get tracking number, I had to quickly copy it as an ad from them popped up quickly after, and I wasn't able to see info again. Also, they're not BBB accredited.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 4 charging cables on 12/1/24. On 12/13/24, I finally received an email stating my order had been shipped. The tracking link provided takes me to a Chinese website. Since then, there have been no further updates about my order, despite the fact that they continue to send me daily marketing emails. Recently my Titan Power+ Titan Smart 6' Cable stopped charging any devices. The light on the cord comes on when powered up so I know the cord is getting power to it, when I plug it into the devices nothing happens but if I use a different cord the device starts charging so it has been narrowed down to the cord. I have even tried the cord with different power blocks. I went to the Titan Power+ website and they state a Lifetime Warranty on this cord "WARRANTY - We offer a lifetime warranty on our Titan Smart Cable and Titan PD Cables. For all other products, a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that result in the product failing to operate. In order to receive your FREE replacement cable/product we will require evidence clearly showing the defect. This evidence will be required in video form. Once satisfactory evidence of this defect is presented to our Customer Support team we can begin the replacement procedure" and even promote the lifetime warranty with a ******** video *********************************************************************** I have reached out multiple times and have sent in the video of the cord not charging my phone but no one will respond from the company. They also promote 24/7 support which is False Advertising because they do not list any chat options or phone numbers to call, only a generic webform submission form and a generic email address of ******************************* By the non communication after multiple attempts to contact them, this company is purposely mislead their consumers and falsy advertising their products, support, and warranty. by doing a simple Web Search of the company and other BBB Reviews, this business should not be allowed to operate in the ** as further digging shows it is an overseas company.Initial Complaint

I placed Order # ****** on 12/8 and received a confirmation email stating a tracking number would be provided and that delivery is within 5 to 10 working days. On 12/15, I sent an email inquiring about shipping, as I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation. On 12/16, customer service replied stating, "We have inquired about the status of your package with our shipping team and they will soon update us in this concern." I sent another email on 12/18, 12/20, and 12/22 with no replies. I've also attempted twice to reach out on ******** Messenger with no response. I made a purchase from Titan Power Plus with the promise of fast shipping and a quality product. I received neither because I still haven't received the item after a whole month (I ordered on November 25). I submitted a support ticket, after which they sent the generic response of "We have inquired about the status of your package with our shipping team and they will soon update us in this concern." that was seen in others' responses. It's been a week since I submitted that ticket, and "soon" is apparently not so. The package supposedly comes from ********, but that is a lie considering packages only take a few days to travel down the coast to *******, and it hasn't even finished processing yet. Details of the transaction as per below,- Date of the transaction: Thursday, 5 December 2024 - The amount of money paid to the business: SGD$59.40 inclusive of discount code Q36S2F2R - what the business committed to provide you - support team advised that relevant concern has been forwarded to their shipping team to locate the progress of my order, had also sent follow up emails but no updates/response was provided.- Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: none, no resolution provided as well.And since purchasing it on 5 December, there has been no further movement or updates since then, and the customer support / admin team is super unresponsive.
