    Purchased two cords from this company on Feb 14th. By April 3rd both cords had become extremely damaged - the wires had badly twisted and were exposed near the phone charging end. (I have no idea how this even happens as *** never had a cord do this, let alone two cords!) I contacted customer support and they responded quickly saying they mustve been faulty and sent out two new cords. Less than 1.5 months after receiving my "replacement" cables, they were already showing signs of damage. While the cords didn't have the twisted/exposed wire issue, one cord was already showing internal damage because the light on it flickers and doesnt deliver consistent power.I couldve bought multiple Amazon cheapies for the price of one of these cords and those wouldve lasted longer too. Do not buy.

    Outrageous claims not met. These crazy expensive cgwrgind cables break and are a potential fire Hazard. They quote a life time guarantee yet they don't honor it. Customer service is a joke. False advertisers and scam company.
