      Went to the 99cents store to buy Halloween decorations and bought a hanging pumpkin, the price on the pumpkin was $2.99 the price I was being charged was $3.99 with no warning or anything, I only notice when I looked at my receipt. When I went back to the store the cashier told me that the price sometimes doesn't match what it scans and I told her it should since that is the price being advertised, she starts arguing. I just asked for my money back!

      On 9/21/2022 I purchased a total of 23 items from the ***************** store. Every single item was marked ending in 99 cents, yet each item was rounded to the nearest dollar amount at the register. For example $5.99 was rounded to $6, $0.99 was rounded to $1, ect.
      I called the corporate office and was informed that this was "Company Policy" to round the total up to the nearest dollar.

      This store cashier always does the same thing to us I cannot take it no more we paid for our items don't keep it this is hard earn money being spent for something we want this store will keep doing this every time the store bags the items under the counter so you cannot see when the item is being thrown under the counter this should stop happening to customers

      On August 16th I was given a 'scratcher' at the ** **** store *****************************. I scratched it and found that I had won a *** gas card and would get it in 6-10 days. I filled out the information requested and submitted it. I never received the promised gift card so on August 26th I emailed their customer support. They gave me a case number XXXXXXXX and told me they needed a photo of the scratcher, which I sent them. I never heard back, so on August 29th I phoned their **************** number, I got a message that they were too busy to help me and they would call me back. No one has called me back and to be honest I don't expect to hear from them! I would like the store to deliver the card to me, if they don't I will bring it up with the state consumer affairs division. What a disappointment!

      I have emailed customer service in order to have my information and account deleted ************** and they have made it difficult and I demanding I call and give a reason why I ask deleting. That's my privacy I have emailed and clearly requested my account and information to be deleted, to no avail. A complaint has been submitted to the ** attorney general.
