    We paid upwards of thirty thousand dollars to replace grass with faux grass and turf there is a lining under the turf. Almost immediately the lining was popping out I called and emailed got no response they put in a bamboo fence that also immediately started to fall down they blew me off at every attempt my gardener said the turf SHOUld have been much thicker. The result looks terrible

    I entered into a Contract with Expert Home Builders on December 2, 2020 for a bathroom remodel. Per the Contract, the project should have only taken 15 days, and the Contract included "glass panels." Expert Home Builders took significantly longer to complete the project, and ended up not including glass panels. During the project, there was also a leak that was caused on January 10, 2021. Expert Home did not complete the entire project, and provided subpar work: there were holes left behind where rodents began to infest my home, there was sloppy caulking and no clean up leaving behind debris, and Expert Home never checked for moisture due to the water leak. Expert Home failed to return to make any repairs although they were paid in full. Also, one of their project managers, **** ******* verbally abused me over the phone calling me a "*****" and other *********** after I made my requests to them for repairs. Therefore, Expert Home has also committed elderly abuse. Due to their subpar work, I have had to hire another licensed contractor to repair the work, and to complete the project. My attorney sent Expert Home emails and letters and they have failed to respond.

    on December 5th 2022 i told the company i no longer with to be contacted by them and they continue to call me at all times of the day, when I block them they call restricted, and they have even called me on other phone lines. I feel Very much Harassed and I have even sent them a cease and desist Letter. last communication i had with them they told me they would send someone to my house to sign a paper when i told them i would mail/email them instead they told me that could not be done.

    We received a email from Mr. ****** if he can provide phone numbers from the other lines he claims we called from and the amount of calls received from each number so i can investigate this further and cross reference that to the numbers we have to make sure who called him. According to my records the last phone call made to him was from our field project manager yesterday only once an previous to that was after the initial meeting with our field project manager. This is something we do not take lightly and want to investigate this thoroughly.

    The original contract was signed 07/2021 the job was completed 09/2021. I paid (2) checks down payment totaling $20,000. The original contract was completed by regional supervisor ***************************** and it was not legible. I requested a breakdown of all the fees etc in writing prior to the completion of the job. I am still waiting. There were particular items we covered such as treating the yard for gophers and ants. All of which has returned. In addition the areas where there are rocks there are not suppose to be any grass or such ***** but yet it is even though the round was treated to prevent it. I have been calling and texting ****************** and no response. I am now receiving monthly bills from a finance company for this astronomical amount of money and I do not know why. ****************** comes out and speaks well with smiles all the while scamming you out of your hard earned money. Never being upfront and honest about the cost and all of the services they plan to provide. Again the original contract was scribbled on and spoke over very quickly. The work that was done is not withstanding and/or not as promised.

    Hired Expert Home Builders to replace existing gutters, down spouts and rotten or termitted wood near the gutters. Treat areas where ******** were showing doing damage. Scaffolding was said to be needed to get to the 2nd floor. The work was supposed to start 8/29/22 and complete around 9/17/22. It is 10/24/22 and job still not done. They didn't use scaffolding at all and broke many, many roof tiles. They then took most of my spare roof tiles, without my permission, and replaced all the broken roof tiles to fix their damage. Scaffolding was a factor in the pricing. They didn't use any scaffolding, which save them lots of $$$. They replaced some of the rotten wood; and they did so poorly. They needed a carpenter to do the work but looks like they didn't have access to one. I asked them to fix the uneven wood, to cut the wood so there aren't big gaps in their work, and some areas they didn't repair at all. There are still gaps in the wood where they said they were to repair. There is termited wood still present. In their attempt to fix, they just nailed another piece of wood right next to the termited wood. This doesn't address the problem. The termited wood is still there and the wood nailed onto the termited wood is just going to get termited as well. The gutters they installed are leaking. Once location, the water doesn't even go in the gutter. It misses the gutter entirely. They didn't verify their work after installing the gutters. I haven't seen any areas treated for termites. The project manager wants to close out the job with all these issues. And he had the adacity to tell me my roof needed to be replaced because it was it bad shape. They shouldn't have walked on the roof in the first place. They should have used the scaffolding that they billed me for. I'm sure I'll need to hire someone else to repair the damage they caused. I obviously don't recommend them.

    Here is the letter I wrote to the area office project manager:
    I am writing this letter regarding a service I received from Expert Homebuilders project manager, ***** ****** I paid ******* for architect plans. Payment was made by check on 7/11/22.
    I contacted ***** ***** on several occasions (see timeline below) and explained that I have not received my plans and this service was unsatisfactory. Failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to write directly to you.
    I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this company and no longer interested in any receiving services or plans. I have struggled to receive requested documents from the project manager. When asked about the architect plans, he continues to commit to deliver the documents and miss the deadline without providing an update. This has occurred 5 times over the last 6 weeks.
    By the end of next week, I will be contacting the Better Business Burey and explain that the service was unsatisfactory.
    I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would like to receive a full refund from Expert Home Builders of the full cost of the service in the amount of ********
    I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding my problem. I would like to receive a response from you by Tuesday, September 20th.

    7/5/22- Welcomed project manager, ***** ****** into my home to provide a quote for a sunroom. Signed contract for **** for architect plans.
    7/11/22- ***** and his team visited the home again to provide a quote and we agreed to pay **** for architect plans. Meeting with architect. Provided check to ****** Committed to receive plans in one week.
    7/13/22- Check was cashed.
    7/18/22- Reached out to ***** via text to requested receipt for the payment . No reply.
    9/20/22- No plans have been received. Called architect- He has not received the go ahead from ***** to start the design.

    To Whom It May Concern:
    I hired this company to do a remodel in my property. Unfortunately, they cause more damage to my property than good. I sent countless emails, with pictures of the damage and complain by phone however, no one was able to help me. Currently the property has so much damage that it is dangerous to live in. I refinanced my property to pay this company. I made a loan *********** which I paid to the company in full. Once I paid them, I never heard from them again. I truly need assistances to repair all the damage in my property. I need assistances please. I have proof. I have sent them pictures of all of the damage immediately, but they did not finish it. I signed the contract on 11/2020, but they did not start working until December 2020. They told me it was complete on May 2021, however, the property was truly damage. They never came to tell me they had completed the work and finished the job.

    We called them to the numbers shown on the agreement we have with them they listed 2 numbers XXXXXXXXXX & XXXXXXXXXX if they have changed there phone numbers since then we would greatly appreciate it if they can provide us with the updated numbers there recent letter did not list any phone number. We went ahead and left them another voice mail today

    The only phone number that changed was my. My new number is (XXX)XXX-XXXX. I hope they will be able to contact me at list by email or mail. I have tried all types. My husband who happens to have the same number has not received any phone call either.
