  Do not use this company!! Bad experience!We hired Expert Home Builders to do kitchen and bath room renovation. Until the day work started they were quick to respond. From day one they never showed up as promised, came up with different excuse daily. The workers showed around 5 pm despite promising that they will start in the morning. Almost daily they stayed till 5pm interrupting our family life. Work was done in a hurried manner. Several areas need to be taken care of that they failed to do well in the first place. They have stopped responding. I e mailed their corporate office, no response. Called cooperate office, but they hung up as soon as they answer. 1.Project manager was hard to get hold of once work started. Wont answer phone call. Only texts after we complain. 2.Work was not supervised. Project manager didnt come in to see what was being done.3.Workers dont speak English, very difficult to find out what they are working on each day. 4.Poor workmanship. Poor quality of work. 5.Disorganized, messy work. We had to ask them to cover wood floors once we walked in to messy floors they left. 6.Dragged work for 4 weeks with many areas needing fixing. 7.Kitchen sink installed, but leaking. No response to our texts or calls to fix this. 8.Dry wall that was taken out for installing counter op has an area that need fixed. No response to our calls or requests. 9.Dishwasher installed poorly. They pushed it in basically into the hole and left it. Dish washer is moving around in that spot.

  My family was very happy with the kitchen renovation. The project was smooth within our budget. The team worked seven days a week . Top notch service!

  The worse Co. I have to deal with. I paid to do my floors, and bathroom and the workmanship was Bad , i have more than a dozen loose tiles and the damage I am trying to work with them to fix the tiles and I have yet to get a response as to when it will be completed. This company contracted to work on my house in *********** **. They guaranteed to supervise the work and no one other than workers who could not speak English and had no idea what they were doing showed up to work, with no supervision. They also wanted to us to give them a price to buy us off so someone else could come in and finsih what is messed up. Now they are threatening me with a lien.

  Our contractor did a lot of work and they did it all on time scheduled with us , no delays We were excited to have this team that partnered with us , at high level quality. If you can hire a contractor as reliable as Expert Home Builders, you should count yourself lucky. Every day we look around the house and we are impressed with what we accomplished together.

  For someone who lost connections with people of certain skills, I did not know who to turn to. Expert Home Builders did what they do best and replaced and repaired my flat roof. Wife and I are satisfied but the price for us was the highest we ever paid for a repair. ??

  I would love to suggest them to my friends. We did the roof, landscaping and exterior paint. The manager had good communication and kept us in the loop.

  Aspects of the deck resurfacing project went great, others not so much. **** did a wonderful job as project manager for what was in her control. The deck workmanship was hit and miss depending on who was doing the work. The job took much longer than expected and the work crew seemed to be juggling multiple jobs and showed up most times without prior notification. The salesman / project leader was unavailable frequently due to family requirements and some illness. PM did the best she could but had limited authority. Ultimately the job was completed OK. Workmanship was acceptable but not great, a portion of the deck had to be redone due to uneven boards. Cleanup was never really well done and always required reminding the workers.

  The crew from Expert home builders was fantastic. We got a few bids for a small ****************, and end up choosing them because of the flexibility and the price. They stayed within the budget . Trustworthy company and easy to deal with.
