  The worse Co. I have to deal with. I paid to do my floors in January and the workmanship was Bad , i have more than a dozen loose tiles and they damage my fire place I am trying to work with them to fix the tiles and I have yet to get a response as to when it will be completed. I recently contacted the new job site manager and she just told me to wait until they find someone. It is now September'23 and no one has called me back, *****

  Run as fast from this company as you can! I cant even begin to tell you how horrible this company is. They do NOTHING they tell you they will do. I paid them One hundred and Six thousand dollars (**********) for a landscaping job that was never finished, plus a light fixture job that was never done! I have videos of everything. They left my backyard like a dump. Sent out new project managers that bullied, and intimidated you. I live in ********** and nobody speaks English. They dont know who is on first, second, or third. Every crew is different. No one calls you back when you complain, if you can reach them at all. They left a disgusting mess in my yard. They try and use inferior products if they can get away with it. They dont know what the F***k they are doing. My water bill this past month was $900.00 from broken sprinklers. They threw my lawn furniture up on the banks of my lawn breaking plants and hoses. THEY are not landscapers and should never be licensed for these projects. My NEW artificial grass is not even nailed down properly, as my neighbors keep pointing out. Im still waiting for an English speaking representative to come out and fix this mess that my gardeners and myself keep cleaning up. Like I said I have videos that I plan on sending to the State Attorney, the **** you, the BBB, and my personal Attorney, since you cant get any resolution from this Company.And just to be clear, the Company promises you they will fix this 100%, but they never deliver.

  Poor Managment and I was lied to, they DO hire outside contractors & dont even tell you that is who is doing your project even though I asked up front.When I repeatedly tried to contact the head of customer service, I was told he ( *******) would return my call but after 3 days of waiting & calling, he never did. Instead one of the managers tried bullying me over text messages -Completely unprofessional on all fronts-The project took over twice as long as I was told it would, the project manager was not proactive aside from when it was time for me to make a payment, at times even ignoring my messages regarding my concerns or frustration but still had the audacity to tell me he couldnt help if I didnt let him know there was an issue and to top it off they are more expensive than some of their competitors. Steer Clear this company only cares about taking your money & has no problem lying to get your business.

  ***** goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy which is why the customer service is phenomenal. I wouldnt use anyone else but this company for my next renovation project.

  I was very happy with the work done by Expert Home Builders. They had excellent communication and kept me up to date with the progress of the project. The house looks great and I would definitely consider them for more projects in the future.

  This is a great company to work with. Clearly experienced, they helped us maximize our budget with a clear vision. They had the plan laid out at the beginning, answered our questions along the way, and stayed as flexible as possible.Our backyard looked flawless at the end of it all

  I am extremely happy with how my bathroom turned out, its beautiful. The workers were friendly and willing to listen to my concerns. They were friendly, polite and were here when they said they would be here. The project manager was helpful and extremely polite. A job well done.
