  Ask to work with ******, he's a true professional. He takes pride in the relationship he builds with his customers and has a team that is meticulous and extremely fast. They came in and painted the exterior of my home and the quality of the team's service was nothing short of outstanding.

  BEWARE: *********** lied to me and told me they don't subcontract until I found out by doing my due diligence and asking their office front desk. The front desk slipped and told me they subcontract all their jobs. This company subcontract which is why they are expensive in the first place. They use cheap contractors who don't have very good experience for their profit. DISHONEST company!!!After talking to their project manager and the owner, they canceled my contract because I told them they just breached their contract by lying that they don't use subcontractors and are not an honest company, and expect an online review. They refused to refund my downpayment until I told them I will file a small claim to the court and report them to LNI and the Attorney General of **********. I assume they got a call from LNI or the Attorney General of ********** office because my downpayment was returned after several weeks of my complaint.

  We are deeply grateful and appreciative for the work that ***** and his crew at Expert did to help us remodeling the bathrooms. I had great peace of mind as they were always available and picked up the phone with any concerns I had. They took care of most of the issues and very straightforward with communicating. They also did a great job with the project and have good taste in style!

  ***** helped ** with a 400 sq ft home addition including a ******* and laundry room. His crew are incredible! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any remodeling you may need. Incredibly professional, very timely, and the kindest guys. Hope to work together again in the future!

  We LOVE the new kitchen . Everyone was very professional and respectful. The project manager checked in and came over frequently and was very accommodating to my requests. The project was completed within the estimated time proposed, which was very much appreciated. The manager was great and was able to make my vision come to fruition. The final product is more than I could have ever dreamed of. I'm already planning another project with them! I can't wait!

  Expert builders are prompt, professional and actually listen to your needs and suggest solutions and ideas to make sure that the end result is even better than whatever you had in mind. I recommend Expert builders for any big or small project.

  THEY ARE SCAMMERS, meeting with ***** was the worst and most expensive mistake i've made on our remodel. Don't get burned like us, please do your due diligence and read the negative reviews about these guys. It's the same story over and over.
  
  Our "project manager" ***** ***** sold us on the company telling us that "they do everything" (we had a whole house renovation) and that he would oversee all details of the project which turned out to be a lie on all fronts. This is their scam. They get the lowest possible bids from their subcontractors- EHB doesn't actually do any of the work and there is no EHB construction team- and then they make money by marking up the price. A LOT. Our project manager was extremely aggressive before we signed the contract and once we did he practically vaporized.
  
  Speaking of contracts, this is another angle of the scam. ***** refused to breakout the cost of the various projects within our contract after many request by us. He assured us we were getting "amazing discounts" because of how much work there was but when we got suspicious and asked for clarification on prices he couldn't and wouldn't provide any. RED FLAG.
  
  There isn't enough space to write all the ways we got burned by this company. I have never dealt with a company this unethical and unprofessional. We were lied to so many times by our useless project manager. I don't know how they have such a good rating by the BBB when they have so many complaints on other websites. I was told by one of their subcontractors that they had several other clients with the same experience as us and that they were ****** off as well. Expert Home Builders should be shut down. Period.

  I was referred to ***** Builders by a coworker a few months ago. When I contacted and got my estimate the Project Manager ****** was very communicative with me about timelines, estimated finish date ETC. My project was finally complete and my bathroom remodel is amazing and I can now enjoy having people over with a bigger private space.
