Purchased kitchen cabinets, countertops plus installation - vendor paid in full prior to install. Installation occurred over 2-day period, there were 2 separate teams. Team on first day did not speak English therefore, unable to communicate with me about cabinet installation when asked specific questions, no answer or acknowledgement. Installer had questions but had to communicate with office personnel then back to me which was unclear. With this happening several times, communication was a total fail, the person on the phone not on job sit. Top level cabinets installed 5 - 6 inches from ceiling which was not in the plan or photo. Requested installer to change and move cabinets to ceiling as per plan. Cabinets were removed from freshly painted walls and installed at top of ceiling. With cabinets being moved, installed maliciously and in anger because I did not want to leave cabinets as he incorrectly installed. Cabinets reinstalled and damaged, installer used chalking to cover broken area and nailed with one screw, this is unsafe. Crown molding and other surfaces were absolutely filthy. Installed used shelf as foot base. Day 2 installer responsible to install countertops, sink was 33" x 22" cast iron sink. This sink style is for above view, install place countertop over farmhouse sink cover 2" of the sink cutting landscape of sink, this will also leave room for bacteria and fungus underneath countertop that covers sink awkwardly. This installer did not speak English and was unable to communicate. Called B & F Cabinets and was told manager or boss not available until August 15, 2022. Requested sales associated to help with resolution but no response. During this time, my family and I have no kitchen because the construction crew is unable to work around cabinet mishaps. Looking for vendor to replace damaged cabinets or refund cost for cabinets. I am willing for vendor remove cabinets if refund granted.

Upon closer look at work performed by B&F Cabinets, the following observations made:

    1. Several cabinets damaged, look old.
    2. Cabinets missing several screws for secure affix to wall.
    3. Few doors with loose hinges.
    5. 33" sink reduced to 28" due to countertop cut.
    6. Installers on first day damaged newly floor with equipment.
    7. Cabinets look like purchased from **** or used.
    8. Cabinet installer used shelf of cabinets for foot stand.
    9. Left trash in cabinets and on the floor.
    10. Installers did not speak English therefore, communication was a fail.

This is my home, very disappointed to what I envisioned from a new kitchen. I AM EMBARRASSED.

Need to review why fillers placed in unnecessary areas.

I am very disappointed from payment of almost $9k dollars that I am possibly needing to order replacement cabinets and countertop.

    Sincerely,
    ********* ********
