************ charged top dollar for a subpar job on vinyl flooring They lied about the the warranty at a time we trusted having been overwhelmed by travesty (elderly) and took unfair advantage They placed a plastic door wall sealer to firm that area of wood in house that actually needed replaced and then said they didn't CALLING ME A LIER BUT NO ONE ELSE COULD HAVE DONE IT The inadequate seal between floor and vinyl has left creaking noises when walked on (LOUD CRACKING) and damages ensued easily when movers traversed upon We are paying another company to replace the wood and put proper adherent cushioning between the base and vinyl They gave no recourse for any of their bad manners and one of the workers begged us for some of our stored items in the garage They threw a couch off our balcony they said they'd remove that splattered on the ground below that we then had to clean up ************ kept calling me a liar and didn't think I should be upset I ASKED THEM TO LEAVE AND NEVER COME BACK AGAIN THAT I WOULD COMPLAIN SO THEY DONT DO THIS TO OTHERS

A few months ago the customer called our company requesting us to pay for damages done by another vendor/contractor that the customer hired and believed we are responsible for they're damages. We addressed her professionally and advised that we are not responsible for any damages done by other vendors/contractors. We did offer a chance for a fee to repair the damage. She refused. Customer called again Friday 3/3/23 and mentioned that we did not install correctly and so we scheduled a visit with installer. On Monday 3/6/23 *******************************( General Manager) and Installer *************************** (Original Installer) visited the home. Installer lifted 1 plank that was taped and had been previously removed by unknown person that we do not know of. Installer accessed the plywood underneath and saw that the plywood was very sturdy and in good condition, as well as a black type of material that covered a hole on the plywood. Installer stated that the hole and black material was not done by him and he also noticed that a previous repair from someone unknown because there is dry glue only underneath this specific plank that was taped off. Installer stated that there was another attempt repair done by a third party prior to this assesment, and that the customer refuses to disclose or share. ******* and ****** did not call the customer a liar. ******* only stated that we could not have done the hole or black material because our installers do not know that method to cover holes in plywood and do it differently and because there was an obvious attempt to repair due to the dry glue underneath. After ******* made that statement, customer got very upset and starting to yell in ******* face. ******* politely asked her to have a discussion without yelling and to give her 1 day to discuss with me the owner of Dura Flooring to see what options we can give the customer. ******** refused and yelled to get out of her house and does not want anything to do with us. ******* and ********* left her house and have not heard from customer again. The owner of this company has always been open to helping customers and making sure customers are satisfied. Unfortunately, we cannot do free labor to damages or repairs made from other vendors or contractors. We tried our best to reason with customer but she cannot have a civil discussion without yelling loudly in employees faces.
