    This is a Korean moving company that advertises #1 in customer satisfaction. They claim that they are subsidiary of Hyundai. When they came to our house for packing, nothing was as advertised. They refused to take off their shoes or wear shoe booties. They did not wear company uniform. They went through our stuff and asked who is moving: Whether it is my wife or my daughter, claiming that those are women's stuff. My family members were very uncomfortable. They also unreasonably overpacked to maximize their fee. And then, after they took our stuff, everything went worse. They were supposed to deliver by Jan. 29 latest. This was the last date of the delivery if there was any problem. They were supposed to deliver earlier. In addition to the fraudulent charge that we had to unwillingly accept (they deceived the volume by 300% to charge more.), they forced us to prepay $3200 out of $3700 total, claiming that we have to pre-pay to schedule the delivery date on Jan. 30, when customers are advised NOT to pay more than small deposit until they receive their stuff. We also could not pay by card because they tried to charge a fee. They never informed about the fee before, and we paid $200 by card without the fee before. They also refused to accept a check that is traceable. They only wanted ****. We still had to follow their request because we needed to get our stuff.However, they still did NOT deliver on Jan. 30. Now, they claim that they will deliver either this Thursday or Friday. My wife had to go somewhere to treat her cancer, but she cannot because of them. We have been very inconvenient because we could not receive our stuff in time. We have been extremely stressful because they kept deceiving us and played games like this. Please ask them to deliver immediately and stop these fraudulent actions. We appreciate BBB for helping us on this matter.

    This is a issue involving a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe sport that i purchased as my first vehicle on 08/22/2021. On 03/25/2022 I was tracing down the interstate when my engine failed, about 3 hours from home. I got the vehicle towed to a local mechanic and was told that I should talk to Hyundai to resolve the issue. I got the car towed from the local mechanic to the Hyundai dealership in Brunswick Ga on 04/01/2022. Then I waited for the diagnostic, I received I call with the results saying that my engine failed and there was a recall that would cover the cost of the engine and that it should be fixed and back on the road in no time. I've waited and waited, calling every few weeks to check on my vehicles status, every time they would give me the runaround on why my car isn't fixed yet. Here it is 10/03/2022 and my car is still not fixed. I'm completely exhausted due to this issue. I had to purchase a new vehicle because they will not supply me with a rental car. They've offered to reimburse me for a rental car but you have to 25 years old to purchase a rental car and I'm only 20 years old. Please help me get my car back. I'm struggling mentally and financially. Thank you.
