    I had them repair a gate but theyre failed and now they will not answer my calls or get back to me.

    Dear BBB,

    My name is *************, the owner of Precise. I want to address the complaint that was raised against our company.

    We consistently maintain high standards of customer service. We're always available to our customers, and I personally make sure to answer all their queries promptly.

    Regarding the complaint, we followed the contract to the letter and completed the specified job. Later, the customer requested a separate task to be performed - a welding job - that was not initially included in the contract.

    When the newly welded part broke, the customer expressed his dissatisfaction in a rather intense manner. We explained that this additional task was not part of the original contract, and thus it would incur an extra charge. The customer was not pleased with this.

    It's crucial to note that all the tasks outlined in the original contract have been completed successfully and are still functioning properly.
