      They don't include all the parts in the shower order. I contacted them by email and phone several times and months later, I still don't have all the parts. Still missing an H seal. **************** is terrible. I hope no one else orders anything from them. I ordered mine through **********.

      This company is the worst to work with. They send cracked and broken parts. And fail to tell you to buy other parts. Then all they say is sorry. But you still have to pay and it takes forever to get parts from ****** ! If they would just put all the parts you need in the box.

      I bought the Wet Cement Newport factory direct from American Bath Factory and I love it! I installed the unit with my dad and it was very easy installation. The glass and stone is beautiful together. The whole thing is easy to clean, just use CLR and the whole thing looks like new. I only bought the unit itself and got a faucet from delta so can't say much on their actual fixtures. With a corner shelf, shampoo box, and bench, there is plenty of room for storage within the shower unit. Loving it so far!

      Ordered a shower package that showed a picture of a rain forest shower head and a hand held shower combo. NO shower faucet was in the package. The company told us that they no longer carried the rain forest shower head combo and hadn't for 3 years! Very deceptive advertising. They still show the rain forest/hand held combo on their website for many of their shower kits. No apology - claimed that the "picture" on the website did not have to be an accurate representation of the package.
