    June 1, 2023 I hired ************* in June of this year. My family and I agreed to pay 665 for 3 months which I did, his starting fees plus 350 a month for 3 months, after that we were supposed to pay 2 additional fees towards his expenses but after six weeks he did little to help move our case forward. ************** did not advocate with my mortgage company, ****************************, though they were obstinate, he could have filled a response with the Special Master which he was supposed to do but didn't, though we kept him fully informed. I enlisted the help of my daughter, ******************* due to my health and because we were at great risk of losing our home which we did. I paid him 3 payments of 665 for three months, and I was set to pay his 350 a month living for two months for expenses but many times we weren't able to get a hold of him, and he made promises he did not keep such as filing legal paperwork on our behalf with the court which I hired him to do per our agreement and his inaction we lost the home my mother passed on to me before her death. Paid:1,995.00
