  Very upset with sublux the panels they put on my roof leaked water. Damaged the inside of my house they first took responsibility for the damage said they will take care of it then they changed there mind told me that the person that told me they will fix the problem is no longer with the company I don't understand he works for you and you can't commit to something base on what a employee says then fire him and go back on your commitment this is a horrible experience I wish I wouldn't of trusted these people now the water damage has caused huge damage to my sealing and my home insurance won't cover because of the broken tiles that they saw I the inspection that sunlux left around the solar panels I really hope that this review gets notice and something gets done this company needs to get held accountable for what they are doing to people and by looking at all the bad reviews I guess I am not alone.

  I had a Sunlux system installed 2 years ago. During the initial design phase I asked for a system that produced 120% of the needs for my 3k sq ft home because I live in the desert and was planning a renovation for more sq footage. ***************** and ************************* were the designer and sales lead who recommended a 13kw system and assured me it was more than enough. Well from day 1 it was not. The 1st year in the house I had a $5k true up from SCE! I repeatedly called Sunlux, **** and **** and was told I needed to give it the full year because the system would make up for the overruns in the summer and it most certainly did not.I have gone back and forth with ****************** and their support team for the past year asking that they honor the platinum service guarantee since the system is not producing what I asked. I was told the system is producing 13kw and that's what it was designed for regardless of what I wanted. At this point Sunlux customer support turned it back over to ************************* who has not responded to any emails or phone calls. I have replaced doors, added a whole house fan, more insulation all to try to make the system work and will still have a $3k true up this year. My only choice now is to add more panels myself since sunlux has no intent to honor their guarantee which will cost me significantly more than 2 years ago.Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Sunlux is big on promises but terrible on delivery and execution of those promises. If you decide to use this company anyway, stay away from ***************** and *************************, they are frauds.

  Sales was awesome and they were quick to schedule and install. Unfortunately service ended there.
  Despite multiple communications (to an out of state office) over the course of 2 months, SunLux has not enabled the Wi-Fi system necessary for us to both monitor our solar generation and to confirm it is communicating to our utility company. SunLux left the inverter off after installation - something we had to find and remedy - and now have not responded for over a month to enable the Wi-Fi connection.
  Had I been wiser, payment would have been withheld until Wi-Fi and utility communication was validated. Fingers crossed a public negative review will prompt appropriate action.
