    So the problem started when I received a mail from /the real student loan (mohela) on October 23 Asking me to start to pay after not paying four years.. Of course, those years I was paying for flexxprep So they can enjoy using my money. While I accumulate a lot of interest by not paying for the real student loan. I emailed them for the full refund and called the number of the person. Communicate with me through the email. Of course, no answer, no returning my email.This company is a total SCAM.Paying ***** a month before that 79.90/mo tottal of$1,278.84 for them to enjoy my money. While I accumulate interest on the real loan I wish for nobody to fall for this because it's extremely insulting and damaging.taking money from you and your family and using it causing extreme harm to you by not paying the real loan and causing you and accumulat a tremendous amount of interest on the real loan I wish the government to do something about these SCAM people

    I signed papers with flexx prep on 7/8/21. I intinally paid $99.88 charged on 7/26. 8/24 another $99.88. 10/20 $99.88. 11/24 $99.84 1/27 $99.88. Nothing was ever applied to my student loan and it was not forgiven. Not sure how or why they contacted me. And I paid intermittently. But according to my bank account through navy federal credit union this is all I paid. I’m looking for a refund. And for them not to scam anyone else.

    I signed up for the Student Loan forgiveness program in June of 2022. I paid $200.00 and have been charged $29.99 every month since then. I have received no services toward any approval for the program. I have no idea what is going on. They just keep telling me my loan provider is not responding to them. I need to cancel and can't find a way to cancel this program. I feel it is a scam and they are getting my monthly payments without me getting any tangible service. I believe at this point I am being SCAMMED by this company,
