    Date is 02/23/23. Total amount is $1,325.33. Receipt # *****. The stylist is ****** and cashier is *****. Neither of them mentioned to us we cannot return the dress during shopping and at checkout, because my mom wanted to try it and let my dad see it first. So day after when we went to the store, the manager *********************************** had a very defensive attitude. She insisted she trained her associates to tell everyone and told us the policy was written on the wall inside the store. But that was not the truth and the manager wasnt even in the store yesterday and didnt even double check with the associates first. She just assumed the policy was told to us and assumed we would read the policy on the wall, and thats not our responsibility to find the policy written on the wall and read it. This is their job to inform us about the policy before we pay. Also ******** was very rude and she kept saying to us that she doesnt want to talk about it back and forth with us, we can either leave the store with the dress my mom doesnt like or exchange or return it to store credit.
