    If I could leave zero stars, I would. Ive just had the worst possible experience with the 405ExpressLanes customer service. This is not a review of any one individual but of the company policies that dont allow their customer service **** to provide any sort of help or support to their customers.For 3 weeks, Ive been bounced around between the 405ExpressLanes and the Toll Roads. Youd like the state of California would have way more restrictions and higher standards for the agencies that are running our toll roads, but neither agency was at all helpful.I was incorrectly charged for a toll road trip I did not take, and every call has been just a master class in incompetence. Every person I spoke to wanted to throw blame to the other agency and call me a liar for simply pointing out they charged me incorrectly. Instead of realizing that I would not be going to all this trouble for $20 and helping me, they just said there was nothing they could do. 405 wouldnt even let me speak to a supervisor or escalate, which is insane. The only resolution I was able to get from them was when the Toll Roads charged me an incorrect fee and the 405 charged me a violation for the same dates (huh?? How is that possible?). When they finally realized it was an issue on their end, they resolved it and said it would take 7-10 days. Except now, I still havent gotten a refund for the incorrect charges!! Its been 3 weeks and they havent done a **** thing. Extremely disappointed in their customer service processes and honestly, its almost a scam with how little help or guidance they give you. Completely unacceptable for an agency that works with our government.
