This complaint is inaccurate on many levels. Let's start with the fact that straight away you violated the terms of you Service Agreement with us by forwarding an internal email from our team to ********. This is in direct violation of several clauses in our contract which we told you at the time you did it. We had every right contractually to cease our relationship and leave you on your own in this process, but we do not do that to customers so we continued to assist you. You see, by disclosing our relationship, your developer makes things very difficult to achieve a release, which is why we tell you not to do that and make it a term of our service. Another inconsistency in your complaint is that someone on our team told you we cant help you. We have never at any stage of our process told you we cant help you, what we did tell you is your disclosure error makes it significantly more difficult. Assigning you to an attorney is part our process that was discussed with you from the very beginning, starting with our analyst, several disclosures in our service agreement, and then confirmed during our onboarding process. You were aware of the possibility of being assigned to an attorney. Since being assigned to an attorney, Centerstone Group has ********************************************************* advice and emailed you to follow up on your case. Since the assignment of the attorney, you have become very aggressive and threatening in your communications to the point of putting your file on an indefinite hold due to your abusive language with our staff. As for your accusations regarding why we moved from ** to **, we in fact have never been sued and simply moved our business from ********** to ********* for economic (taxation and over regulation) reasons, but you know that because you have since been served with a cease and desist order regarding this lie abut our company. That legal matter will be handled outside of the BBB process!

Requested for help with time share mal practice. Paid company thousands of dollars and not only did it take several months for them to assign us an attorney ; the letters sent out to ***** on behalf of my partner at the time did absolutely nothing and was something we could have done our selves. Then the law group ****** law assigned to us took over a year to get in touch with after Centerstone group finally decided to go that route. ***** from ****** law agreed to take partial payment from me to get the process started of protecting my credit but she assigned it to someone who normally doesnt work on cases and this individual did not take my signature in order to validate the letters sent out to the credit bureaus resulting in the bureaus not being able to validate the letters to protect my credit from the time share company resulting in more damage to my credit. I tried several times to let them know that they needed my signature and they just ignored or quickly acknowledged but never sent out letters with my signature again. Its been another year and no action has been taken.

Your complaint here is wholly inaccurate. Based on the communication history I research in our CRM and with the attorney's, I am confident you ae aware of the inaccuracies in your compliant. You have established a pattern of threatening and very aggressive communication with the attorney's we have assigned to you and virtually every member of my client services team. This in addition to the court ordered communication restrictions relating to Kendya that we are forced to comply with, you are not and cannot be privy to our communications with her. There has been significant work done by our team as well as the 2 attorney's we have assigned to your file. We have been informed that one attorney will no longer work with you due to your threatening and aggressive behavior and the other attorney is threatening to drop your file due to the same concerns. You are accountable for how you treat my employees and the attorneys and I cannot ask my team to continue to endure your abusive calls. If you cease this behavior, we can and will move forward with your file to secure your release. If you do not then we will be forced to close your file and cease all work. The choice is yours.
