    I am seeking help from BBB. This is a complaint against the Alliance Gas Station at the corner of ************* and ****** in *********. I live nearby. My car has been having mysterious engine problems since I pumped gas at the said location on 7/6/2024. Engine warning light lit up, sometimes accompanied with other warning lights. The onboard computer diagnostic code showed P0301 to P0306 -$07e8 on all 6 cylinders which indicates cylinders misfired, all 6 of them!! Car is shaking , sputtering seriously Later my car refused to start. My mechanic initially could not pinpoint what happened exactly. A few days later he forwarded me this news: **************************************************************************************** also mentioned there are 10+ more customers with the same and/or similar problems in his shop. Then I realized on Nextdoor there are other victims in the neighborhood as well. Please see *************************************************************** ************************************************ There are more than 200 complaint messages on Nextdoor, and at least 35 victims. Each of us spent huge amount of money to repair. This cant be mistaken, Alliance's fuel has problems. I am not sure if it is only pertinent to 87 regular unleaded. This all happened in the last month or so, till now. Please help us, please start an investigation on our behalf. Some repair shop mentioned there are other substance mixed in the fuel, such as diesel or other chemicals

    We live in the immediate vicinity of the gas station and have been their loyal customer for 20 years. Most recently, my wife pumped regular grade gas into my ****** Camry Hybrid 2018 at the station on 7/10. The engine of my car started shaking heavily. On 7/12, we took the car to the ****** dealership which diagnosed that the engine shaking was due to contaminated fuel. The repair cost estimation from the dealer is over $11,000.

    I filled up my car at this gas station on 6/28/24. tried starting it and it shook and died. Tried again, it shook but let me drive about 5 feet and died again. I had to have it towed directly from Alliance gas station to my mechanic who pulled bright green fluid from my tank. I have a receipt showing I pumped with regular gas and it shows the pump number I used. apparently what was pulled from my gas tank was a type of diesel. $4300 to repair my car. Owner and manager do not return calls. I had to rent a car to use for several days which cost me $200 plus I want to be reimbursed for the $45 of gas I put in that day. I was without my vehicle for over 2 weeks. I have pictures from my mechanic and also my original receipt. Thanks to social media, I have found 5-6 more people for whom this happened too. The gas station was observed closing itself off to customers and pulling up black barrels on 2 different dates.
