      I paid over $100 for AirPods. One of the ******* wont charge or connect. Dont know which, because it wont charge, so its hard to diagnose the problem if its not working. An Apple service contractor couldnt tell me what was wrong with it, neither could Apple, so instead of replacing the item which is under warranty! theyre just saying tough luck. $100 down the drain.

      It is impossible to contact Apple support for software or music that has gone missing. They are not a real company, they appear only to be a scam, organization, taking your money and denying access to the resources that you have purchased.

      Legitimate requests to get a refund for fraudulent in app purchase charges are denied by Apple without explanation and after speaking with customer service and proving all the evidence all they can say is that decision is final and there is nothing they can do. Shame on a company that proved themselves with good customer service.

      My niece purchase an ipad for me in 2022 or 2023 for Christmas. I kept trying my password and could not remember it. Apple asked me a questtion and i got it wrong. I am a senior citizen that has problem with memory sometimes. They disabled my Apple account. I talked to ********************** employees on live chats and I have talked to senior advisors on the phone. A senior advisor sent me an email associated with my Apple account and read it to her. I also set up to talk to someone from Apple Support who called me on the phone number that is also associated with my Apple account. They tell me that the system is set up to ask for proof of purchase and they can't over ride it. My niece threw the sales slip away. I believe that calling me on the phone number and sending emails to me that, that verifies the ipad belongs to me. I can't do anything on my ipad. I am able to open it with my passcode but cannot get into my Apple account to do anything. Also my niece does not remember where she bought it. No one will help me. Can you help me please?

      There have been purchases made through my Apple account, some kind of way and Ive been charged different amounts of money for these games. I requested a refund. They were not giveme a refund and this is not a little bit of money. I dont understand where the problem is stemming from, but its charging my card bank card. I replaced it with a new bank card and its still doing the same thing please help.

      I purchased a new MacBook Pro from Apple 6/14/24 for $2500. While working 2/15/25, a horizontal line came across the screen. After following troubleshooting steps I reached out to Apple chat. The agent indicated that I would need to go to the Apple Store but that it was covered via the warranty period. At the Apple Store, the representative indicated that due to a tiny crack (no visible damage elsewhere to suggest how that would be there), that it would cost $748 to fix and that it would not be covered.

      I put in **** home security app in my phone after purchasing **** cameras. The apple app pops up representing itself as **** home security but is really their Home Security Scanner app which is a completely fraudulent app to hooking up your **** security cameras. I immediately filed a complaint with Apple after being tricked into thinking this was **** and was denied reimbursement . Please help in this fraudulent trickery of this app plagiarism..

      My account is locked onto my iPhone 14 Plus and is unable to be used. Very upsetting
