      My minor daughter used her gift money and brought apple iPad for ~400 dollars last year December. The home button does not work . It went inside and doesn't pop up, other wise iPad looks brand new. I raised repair request and shipped to apple since it is with in one year warranty. They send me back iPad saying accidental damage and they would not repair it and it would cost around 200 dollars to repair. All my daughter used that home button is to take screen shot. If button does not work just for pressing multiple times to take screen then I am paying a lot of money for cheap product that fail to work with in a year . I was on call with customer service for past 2 days. One time the guy talked gently put me on hold for 15 mins to get advice from manager and disconnected with out any help. Second time lady made an appointment to get second opinion at Best Buy to see if there is any other physical damage and Best Buy said they would not do that . All they do is send it to apple. Third time the lady connected me to manager and manger was talking like she was some higher power and I am at her mercy. Their customer service is a big joke. I am done with Apple and their cheap malfunctioning products. I can not wait my phone contract end so I can change all my devices to Android.

      I got a new apple watch and was so excited for it. Keep in mind I spent over $300 on it. It didn't even come with a charging cube, and they changed their cords to type C cords. It's really annoyed that I was hoping to use it when I got it, but now I'm going to have to go spend another $20 on a cube. This company doesn't care about their customers, it's obviously all about money.

      I was trying to reset my password *** it wont let me for 24 hours and now that was 3 weeks ago. Today I was trying to again reset my password *** it wont let me and now it says that I have to wait 1 day to reset the reset password. I call Apple today the first person said to restore the phone and create a new account, it locked me out by owner, but I am the owner so I called back again and the dont have any record of the call, and they couldnt help me and just blamed me for the problem tell me that it would take long for the password ** do it work.

      I FEEL THE COMPANY SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEY SOFTWARE OR HELP OR BE ABLE TO OVERRIDE THE SOFTWARE TO HELP ITS CUSTOMBER OUT

      Apple sent me a new SIM card on their own stating that per some internal changes, I had to upgrade my cell phone with their new SIM card or my phone would not work. I went through the process and now I am stuck with no phone at all. They refuse to reset my account with a new password ******* that is "their process" and I have to wait for several days for them to "verify" my account. I find that ridiculous, they created the mess and now I am without a phone thanks to their own mess. I am basically without a phone, which I use for work, and their "process" can take several days for a recovery reset. This is the worst process I have ever heard. This is ridiculous. They created the mess with their upgrade and they themselves cannot fix it. I am without a phone, their customer service *****, they don't care if I am without my phone. If there was a lower rating than 1 star, I would use it. The customer service rep gave me an alleged headquarters phone number so I could escalate my problem, and she gave me a phone number where I cannot reach a live voice. this is the worst customer service ever. I will not buy any Apple products anymore.

      I contacted apple support for and insurance replacement phone that they previously fix and has been faulty ever since but just now am trying to get it fixed for a second time. I call to get a replacement phone when the representative said that she would need to put a hold on a card as they will be sending a phone till they fixed mines. Well I thought and asked multiple times that the funds will not be deducted from my account since I don't have it on my account. Agent assured me the funds will not be taken out of the account. I right away checked my account and money was gone asked agent to cancel and return funds she transferred me to a manager that prolonged the call and said she canceled transaction and will take ***** hours called this morning and equipment was shipped when last night I made sure they wouldn't. Now I have to wait longer for the refund and can't cancel with my bank that process will take ***** days. Very unprofessional support and manager (rude) agents don't know how to explain their process. I believed nothing would be taken until the 10 days of return expire. They left my account at 0 and I get paid salary ones a month with an 11 year old Daugther very unfair.

      I responded to a text that I'd won a new I phone 14, and that I only had to pay $9.99 shipping. Sept. 5. I bit. I noted all the particulars. A month later I called customer service and was told I'd actually only entered the sweepstakes and had been charged $59.99 to join some club I had no interest in. I went round and round with the "third party" agent who finally would only credit me half that amount back and NOT let me speak to a supervisor. I called her a charlatan over and over. I'd read what I received carefully, but she accused me of not doing so. EVERYONE, BEWARE!!

      When spending over $3500 on three brand, new iPhones, which are electronics that need to be charged, charging blocks should be provided instead of optional to purchase. Their reasoning is environmentally safe, but that's ridiculous win how is that helping the environment when you still have to turn around and buy charging blocks, it's pure profit for Apple. Not very customer friendly

      The only comment they give me was they don't provide the charging blocks as an environmental reason, but yet they tell me I can order one. If they're going to leave them out to try to save the economy, then provide them to the ones that clearly state they need one. Because how is it saving the environment if you still have to turn around and buy one. I wear them out pretty quickly because I have five devices that I charge, and they can't even provide one when I just ordered three phones? Not too much to me like they care about their customers needs and concerns

      I was approved for the Apple Card and used it to get an AirMac (yes I was scammed into the gift card deceit too). I never received an itemized receipt. I have called and messaged to get a receipt that includes taxes and whatever they tacked on. I've talked to over 8 people and they transfer me in a circle. I still have no receipt. I've spent around 3-4 hours trying to get one. I will not purchase an apple product, including a phone again. I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I will stick to companies that are BBB certified, I had assumed Apple was. ****** learned.

      Very unethical company knowingly selling faulty products, in my case iPhone 12 mini, and making it difficult or impossible to get the proper help to fix it. The Genius Bar needs to be renamed the "mediocre at best" bar. **************** over the phone is awful and I've been told completely different things by different agents. Just an all around terrible company selling overpriced garbage. Time to switch back to android I guess.

      I was informed by an Apple employee that I could return a product within 10 days if I brought it back to any Apple store. I informed ******* that I lived in ****** and he said that was no problem. When I returned it to the Apple Store in ********, I was told that all he could do was give me a gift card. I do not want a gift card, and I explained that to the manager ******. He claimed that was all he could do and that he was sorry the employee ****** had "misinformed" me.
