I recently visited the Apple Store with a family member, and I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of one of the staff members, ***** *****. She repeatedly interrupted me, saying pause, pause, in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, which was both frustrating and disrespectful. To make matters worse, she even threatened to call the police, which was completely unnecessary and escalated the situation needlessly. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome at a store Ive always trusted. I hope the management addresses such behavior to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

I have been incorrectly charged for Apple Arcade by ******* for several months, despite not using the service. I've contacted both Apple and ******* multiple times, but they've both directed me to each other. As Apple Arcade is Apples product, I believe they should be able to resolve this issue. This ongoing problem has been very frustrating.

I called an apple customer support and they claimed they could not assist me with access to my itunes account because it wanted my credit card security number, but I don't have access to that card. I was able to change my password and confirm it was me via email but it has been well over a year since I could access itunes and since I don't have that security number they can't do anything. I have money in that account and there's no reason why I need to provide credit card info for verification.

Filing false advertisement against Apple. On Black Friday, November 29th, Apples website was advertising a $100.00 discount off the iPad Pro. It was showing a discounted price of $1099.00 plus you also received an Apple Gift Card of $100.00. It appeared that my net cost was going to be $999.00 or $200.00 in savings. This was also done on my order of the iPad Pro Smart Folio cover. It was listed for $79.00 less a discount of $25.00 and an Apple Gift Card for $25.00. So a net cost of $29.00 and a savings of $******** order was for two iPad Pros and Folios. I thought I was getting a total of $500.00 in savings. But Apple charged me for the Gift cards which I did not want! My credit card was charged for each Gift Card. Meaning there was no discount at all. I actually paid full price for everything. Showing a discounted amount and then offsetting it with a Gift Card that they then charge you for is a bait and switch. Nowhere did Apple state that I was buying Gift Card.I call this false advertising. I ended up with no savings! When I called Apple, the Service *** understood my frustration and said there has been a lot of confusion about the Gift Cards being included. The only remediation that was being offered was to return the items for full credit. I could not just return the Gift Cards.I told the *** this was a form of bait and switch. They need to provide the full expected savings. I am not able to return the units as part of this order was to get a credit for returning old units which I had already returned.

Its not even about the $150, its about a very deceptive fraudulent BLACK FRIDAY SALE that was marketed on TV, internet and social media by Apple.Apple, was promoting their big Black Friday sale that consumers would get gift cards up to $200 depending on what products they bought. But the sale was going to be only for four days on Black Friday weekend. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. However, the complete sale was a total deceptive fraud.I made two different purchase orders on Black Friday weekend. The first order consisted of buying an iPad and a matching keyboard. I earned a $25 and a $50 gift card. The second order was for a headphone max and I earned a $75 gift card. When I checked my credit card statements the following day, I noticed I was actually being charged for the three different gift cards that I earned in their promotion. I first contacted the chat agent and spent an hour and a half on that session as he or she continued to blow smoke and spin, telling me that Im not really getting charged for those gift cards. I disagreed with him because I was looking at those charges on my credit card statement, and that I would have to pay for them. The following day, I actually called Apple to discuss the charges on my credit card statements. At that time I was informed that the items that I had purchased were discounted in the amounts of those gift cards. For instance, on the first order with the two separate gift cards, the order was discounted $75 on the sale price and then I just presumed I earned a free gift card of $25 and $50 in addition to the $75 discount. That was false according to the Apple agent. She then explained to me even though the item on their big black Friday, promotional sale, were discounted, Apple still charged the consumer for these gift cards that they were promoting as part of their black Friday sale. She stated that I could return the gift cards BUT Apple would charge full retail price for my items. DECEPTIVE FRAUD!

I am writing regarding my recent order placed on the Apple Online Store, which was unfortunately stolen during transit. The package was shipped using **** Eats as the courier, a decision made by Apple without prior notification to me as the *********** the customer, my direct relationship is with ********************** as the seller and shipper, not the courier. It is therefore Apple's responsibility to address any issues with the courier on my behalf.I have been informed by the customer support team that the shipping department has completed an investigation and closed the case without issuing a refund. This outcome is deeply unsatisfactory, and I would like to request a thorough reconsideration of this decision.
