    They allowed Walnut Hill Wrecker Service to sell a Salvage Title vehicle without disclosing this fact in the auction as required by law. They are required to run the same VTR that I furnished below in order to notify the Registered ************ Holder and without that paperwork which they also failed to furnish us the sale cannot be completed by law.

    ****** responded to the complainant and issued a refund for the platform fee charged by Autura for this transaction. ****** advised complainant that any additional refund must be requested of and provided by the selling entity of the vehicle. ****** offers a marketplace platform only and is unable to process refunds for the entire amount of vehicle sales. The complainant may contact Autura and we will assist as much as possible.

    I purchased a car via online auctions Autura Marketplace which holds auctions for serval towing companies. AUTURA MARKETPLACE is the responsible party for advertising the car details for sale. Courtesy Tow/********* Tow sold me a vehicle via AUTURA MARKETPLACE which was misrepresented as "driving and running" condition. When I arrived at ******************************** the man who sold me the vehichle at the yard told me the car was being stored at another location. He told me I needed to pay for the car and sign the paperwork in order to retrieve the vehicle at another location. He assured me the car was in "driving and running" condition. I went to ************************* to pick up the vehichle after signing the paperwork. The car title was not provided. The car had no license plate on it. The car would not start. The worker there got the vehichle to start but the car is inoperable. The car shuts off over and over and is not in "running and driving" condition as presented for sale. The *** number to the vehichle is invalid at Department of Motor Vehichles. I was not provided with license plate or title. The vehichle is inoperable condition and I cannot register it due to the *** number being not valid with DMV. AUTURA MARKETPLACE is unethical and practicing illegal business practices as the original owner also should've been contacted before sale. The VIn Number is invalid and AUTURA did not follow legal procedures. I contacted AUTURA they were uncooperative and will not refund my money.

    Autura has refunded the Platform Fee associated with purchasing vehicles on Autura Marketplace as a one-time courtesy. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in Complainant's account.  Under **********************'s terms and conditions, all sales are final and as-is. The Complainant will need to work directly with the vehicle seller for any further recovery of funds. We have communicated this information to the Complainant and have provided contact information for the vehicle seller.
