    I purchased a set of books from the site in January of 2024. Was told that they had been shipped but it has been months without it showing up nor did they supply a tracking number for the shipment. I spoke to them about it through email and said that I could get a refund. However I still have not received refund, replacement of failed to ship items nor will they return any of my attempts to contact them.

    On Dec 5th 2023 I ordered a set of books from 'zip to you books' via Amazon.com (*************************, The Wheel of Time Collection, Set Books 1-5). Order #***-4256544-6213817. Item price *****. Invoice price *****. The books never arrived/shipped. I was offered a refund but declined asking for the seller to make good on the agreed sale and deliver the item. The seller declined and issued a refund. I contacted Amazon customer service explaining that I simply wanted the item purchased at the advertised price. The seller still declined. Offering instead to send me to another web site where I might be able to buy the books with a coupon. Since my purchase in December, the seller has increased the price of the item on Amazon to ***** making the refund they provided me much less valuable than the actual item. I suspect his may be an example of a company taking advantage of a consumer. They find it advantageous not to follow our original sales agreement, since they can sell the item at a higher price presently.I am asking that the company simply sell me the books at the originally agreed upon price. My preference would be to do this through Amazon since that is where the original purchase was made.
