    I rented out a storage unit from this facility 05/11/24.The first day I moved my belonging into the unit was 05/19/2024, the next day at 5pm I received a call from the storage manager at 5pm that there was a break in at 2am in the Morning. They declined to contact the police department stating that they are considered individual break and and each unit has to file their own break in. The business sounds very suspicious to me. I have now found out that this storage has multiple recent break in's and have not contacted the police.

    I sent my friend to access my storage unit and the unit has been locked by the facility and my access has been restricted. I am not delinquent with my payments nor have I received anything in writing. When I called to inquire about the issue, I was told that the door to my unit has been closed half way on multiple occasions and that I am out of compliance with the rental agreement and they are evicting my tenancy. I explained that the door is defective (which I have complained about in the past) and doesn’t stay up without something being wedged under the door. The staff member said that I have been verbally warned multiple times and still have not complied. All of the other units have a mechanism that keeps the door open. Mine is defective and rather than fix the door they have decided to evict me. I have called and asked for a supervisor and no one gets back to me. The same also happened when I called the corporate office. No one calls back. Access to my property has been restricted by a cleric that is more interested in seeking the power of his authority rather than resolving the issue.

    Customer has not brought any door issue to our attention, leaving door halfway down usually indicates a customer is laying or sleeping in unit. In our month to month lease agreement we do have the right to not renew a lease at the end of the dated term. 

    This customer has been terminated and notified he must be out of unit at end of his lease term.
