    I took my car for oil change and reverse light repair. I signed a quote that included labor and fees initially. I was later told that the reverse light change will take lot more labor and cant be done same day and I was charged $206 just for oil change which is definitely expensive than market price (more than twice) Also, when I questioned, I was harshly responded that nothing would change as I signed the quote. I then observed that the quote already had entry and exit odometer mileage which is absolutely inappropriate. I then noticed that my fuel tank was emptied to almost two third. Not sure if they took fuel or drove car or not. I am seriously disappointed and need help with this.

    Attached are signed estimate before any repaires, tech notes, scan, tsb and a signed final copy.. Estimate was diccussed with customer and was aware of breakdown. After completion of oil change it was determined that reverse light may be a larger repair than just a simple bulb. Customer was informed that vehicle my need more repairs than just a bulb and may need to leave vehicle for a longer amount of time. Customer declined. Customer was informed that as a courtesy we would remove the bulb and labor from the repair order. Customer was informed of final repair order total. The in and out milage was the same because vehicle was justy pulled in and out of shop.
