I am filing this complaint due to a serious case of misrepresentation and lack of accountability by Dublin Volkswagen. We purchased a used **** Q3 from this dealership based on repeated confirmations from the salesperson, ******* Loventorn, that the vehicle included Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). This feature was a key factor in our decision to buy the car. However, shortly after the purchase, we were shocked to discover that the vehicle did not have ACC.When we brought this issue to the dealerships attention, ******* Loventorn initially admitted he had assumed the car had *** without verifying. Even more concerning, he later denied ever having made such claims despite having stated it multiple times during the sales process. We escalated the issue to the sales manager, but no meaningful resolution or compensation was offered. Our concerns were dismissed, and no one took responsibility for the misinformation we were given. This was not a simple misunderstanding. It was a clear case of misrepresentation, followed by denial and inaction. We trusted the dealership to provide honest and accurate information, and instead we were misled and left feeling disrespected. We are requesting appropriate compensation, an acknowledgment of the error, and a formal explanation of how the dealership intends to address and prevent such incidents going forward.

I took my 2018 VW Passat for 80k service, I mentioned the car waist gas on average 16mi/gal which it normally should be 29mil/gal. I took the car back and asked them to fix the problem, the shop is asking another $160 to check what causes the problem but I already paid for the service over $1400. I will never take my car to this dealership again they are not honest and I feel they are taking advantage of their customers.

Take negative reviews as absolute true. I purchased a car from them out of state. It has been a month and I still don't have the title in order to register the car in my state. They refuse to give me a temp tag as well. I have an expensive car sitting in my driveway that I can't drive. I'll be making my 1st payment before I get to drive the car. Reached out to find why it taking so long, and they informed me that they just requested from CA DMV for the title. It's been 4 weeks and their just now requesting the title. They wouldn't explain why they waited so long or offered any apology or solution. Bottom line, once they get their money, then they can careless about anything else. I've bought cars from out of state multiple times and I've never received such poor sales interaction. Even the process to buy was met with horrible communication and lack of follow up. Many of my requests during the sales process was pretty much ignored or giving some excuse as to why they didn't do something. The only reason why I proceeded despite all the red flags, was because they had the use car (Audi S7) I've been trying to find for 9 months. Otherwise, I wouldn't buy a car from them if they were the last car dealership on earth.

Im very sorry that you feel this way. It is standard practice for the dmv to release the title after a minimum of 4 weeks. One of the many reasons has to do with identity theft, fraud, and waiting for loans to fund and money to clear. Especially with a car being transferred out of state it does ad to the complexity. I can understand the frustration but unfortunately it is for your safety as well as ours. We also know the dmv isnt the fastest and we have no control on them sending the title to you once we have submitted everything to them.

I purchased a vehicle from dublin Volkswagen. A few weeks later I noticed an oil leak. Long story short the drain plug is stuck in my oil pan and can't be removed. The fix is a new oil pan at $2200, and they won't cover the fix. They said I tampered with it. When all I did was try to do my maintenance. The plug was compromised when their service department did the initial oil change after trade in. They sold me a disposable vehicle.
