    I love Rasha * Cosmetics and wish I wasn't writing this because I thought ***** was my friend. In January I was charged for one box that I received. *eautiful! In February I was charged twice. The February box was great. In March I was charged 3 times and got a late box that I threw away. I wrote *****, a charming lady that had gone through personal hardships. She stated I had to have made 3 accounts and she had closed 2 of them and would credit me for the 3 boxes. ***** and *** she stated that her company was regrouping and I was hoping her business would get back on track because I love her formula and wished her the best. June I was charged for 3 boxes and received nothing. I let Rasha know. July I received nothing and let ***** know. At this point my feelings are hurt. I am out 6 boxes from a Lady I had respect for. I no longer believe I will receive anything from Slay Glam Box. I have read where others were charged but didn't receive anything. I had thought it was just me and that ***** would make things right. I thought I was supporting a small woman owned business. I now believe that I was just being ripped off by one.

    Hello *****,We would like to clarify that our business operations have not ceased. It appears there was an issue with your subscription due to multiple accounts being created with Slay Glam Box. Unfortunately, the subscription system is automated, and we cannot control the creation of multiple accounts.Upon discovering the issue, we promptly canceled the duplicate subscriptions and extended your subscription period. Please note that we took a brief hiatus in April and May to reorganize and adapt to new FHA requirements, which was communicated to all subscribers.You mentioned filing a dispute with your bank regarding the authorized transactions. We communicated that we would ship your order once the dispute was resolved, as there is a risk of the bank refunding the amount, which would result in losses for us, including product and shipping costs.Rest assured, your subscription remains active, and any remaining boxes will be shipped to you as scheduled.     Terrible company. I ordered three boxes. So far, I received one box a month late, one box on time, and am still waiting for my March box. **************** is terrible. I believe their responses to your emails are done by a bot. I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy having your purchase not coming in a timely manner.

    I subscribed for a slay glam box for october. The payment came out of my account and I did not receive the box. I did cancel after because of the shipping did cost way too much. Could you please either refund my payment or send me the box. I have sent many emails to customer service with no response.

    I am an annual subscription holder on Slay Glam Beauty Box and have only positive experiences to share.
    The shipping has never been an issue (and I’m in Florida while Slay is in CA); the products are well protected and so far, nothing has arrived broken or missing.
    The products are VERY high quality and I love this subscription. For around $25 per month - it’s a FABULOUS deal!

    I ordered two different subscriptions from the company one that has makeup and eyelashes with it the other one has nails I ordered that at the end of December and I've paid every month for the subscription even though I have never received not one subscription from them and it is already April. Actually there was one subscription I did get I got one thing of nails that they sent me in the beginning of March but that was it. I have gave them a couple hundred dollars and I still have not received pretty much anything whatsoever and every time I contact them it's the same runaround I haven't got a refund nor have I got any product. I really wanted to try their makeup and their fake lashes but that never worked. I would have loved to have tried their products too but I don't know why they never shipped it. And then good luck trying to get a refund back nobody really ever likes to get back to you with them or if they do they give you fake promises oh it'll be shipped ASAP but never does.

    They take your money and either send your package to you late with not the same product as everybody else or they plane don't ship you what you paid for and give you an attitude I don't recommend them also they shouldn't be a business.

With our small business, sometimes we have delays with our product arriving, but we package as soon as possible. All our subscribers get the same items unless there is a variation in color. Our subscription box is a non-obligation subscription. $24/month for 5 to 7 full size make-up items delivered monthly with free shipping.     Paid for a box Dec 16 and it is now Dec 28 and no box as promised…they pick and choose which influencers they want to deal with…I have an event that was solely showcasing them on Dec 29…gonna be interesting to the reporters when I show up empty handed….don’t waste your time or money…they owe me $24! Bet I won’t see that either!!!!

    Our December box sold out on Dec 13th as advised on our social media, website and multiple influencers. We encouraged all our subscribers to sign up early to get the box. Unfortunately, you were unable to subscribe until your funds were available that Friday after sell out. In an effort to accommodate your want for the palette, we offered a variation items instead. We are still within our shipping timeline. However, you were fully refunded yesterday. We support all subscriber's postings whether they are an influencer or not. We do have a PR team which have channels. They are not forced, influenced or instructed to give anything besides their honest opinion about our service.     Best customer service ever! Responded to my problem and resolved within a couple days. I can't say enough nice things. Not very often does a business make you feel like your the most important thing they need to take care of....bravo slay glam for putting the customer back in customer service!!!!
