    I have had 2 units installed in my house. The first was my AC. It ended up leaking damaged my ceiling. They painted over it and I can still see the damage. The second is my furnace. Their customer service is terrible. They came to inspect it and left fingerprints all over my attic opening. The general manager has just acted like he was going to help but I keep getting ignored. He never returns my calls and I still have a damaged ceiling. Its taken 3 weeks to finally get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment with the city for my furnace. They lie and claim they are waiting for an update with the city and cant give me a courtesy call in regards to that issue. I want my damaged ceiling fixed.

    *** ********, General Manager reached out on 10/24/2024 and spoke with ***** about the outstanding issues. We have the building inspection scheduled and have contacted a wall repair contractor to make the wall repair/paint anything that needed touching up including the fingerprints that were left. I apologized for the delays and let her know that we would be taking care of the concerns.
