      I requested **************** in resolving lack of energy production. Emailed 22 March 2024. Told 12 - 14 business days for service technician. Sent a follow up email on Monday ************************************************************************************************************************* person. We're paying the State $5k a year for solar, but our bill for electricity is currently over $1K. SDGE this weeks energy production is 0. We know at least 1 panel is not working.We want them to come out and work on this problem and fix it. They haven't even provided a phone number to speak directly to them.2 more follow *** have been made with no response or contact.The Solar is not producing and so in addition to our property tax payment for the Solar, our electric bill is over $1000.

      Originally an appointment was set for May 3rd then cancelled.  Per last communication, the new appt was for Monday 5/13 11am to 1pm. Not May 14th.  They have had several times since January to correct the situation but failed to as of yet and each call I get is a new person to go back over the same information I have already provided like it's a new complaint.  Only when the issues have been corrected will the complaint be retracted by us.  Thanks.

      I do not accept the response as there are ongoing issues and the person from the business relaying information to you is incorrect and my father is not involved whatsoever and he is no longer cognitive as they have been well informed so.    While some items have been resolved, others exist, and the entire issue will not be signed off until done so.

      I asked this solar company for a quote and some information about their services, and they asked for a deposit. I asked to cancel my contract, and they will not answer the phone to return the deposit. I've attempted several times and want to have a final resolution where my money is returned.

      My roof was replaced sometime last year (I believe) and shortly thereafter, a spot above my garage began to leak. I contacted them and after a week (or so), they sent someone to address the issue. The attempted to resolve it but the issue persisted. I notified them again and the sent someone out several days later and attempted again to no avail as it began leaking again during the most recent storms. I contacted them again on 03/30/24 via email about it and they were unresponsive. I emailed them again on 04/05/24 and they still did not respond. I then called them and successfully reached someone who took my information and informed me that it would be a couple of weeks before someone would be dispatched. An email from them to me followed (with a referenced request number of ********) stating I would be hearing from one of their team members within 72 hours, but that never occurred. I followed up with them again on 04/19/24 via a response to their previously mentioned confirmation email and still have yet to receive a reply.

      Had the repair crew at my home on Friday April 19 to repair the ceiling where we had rain coming through the roof and solar panels installed by Semper Solaris. **** left a mess in my house and left Friday mid day and said they would return on Monday. Leaving plaster all over the floor and on the window as well as dirty paper throughout the doorway into the den. Called to complain on Friday and heard nothing till this morning, Monday April22, when I was informed they would return tomorrow Tuesday April 23. Any consumer who reads this needs to be aware of the careless regard for there home if they plan on using this company. Their work crew have no regard for your home and repairing the damages they have created with their inferior installation of a new roof and solar panels and making a mess of your house for many days.

      I contacted Semper Solaris to install 2 tesla batteries, they came out took many pictures of the job site, it took over 6 months to get the permit, they came to my house with the batteries to install them, I was excited to get them, they looked at the job site and said we can't install them, they left. I gave them $1,000 dollars as a deposit, for the job, I have asked for my deposit back and they are not cooperating. They did not do the job, and they feel that they can keep my $1,000, even though they did nothing. All I want is my deposit back, they have no right to keep my money, for the simple fact that they didn't do the job, they didn't even start the job let alone finish it, just because you drive up to my house doesn't give them the right to keep my money

      When we arrived at the customer's home to install the batteries the customer informed us that he had illegally converted his garage into a living space without permits and was concerned about inspection.  When we informed him that in that case we should not install in that location and advised him of a different location that would be acceptable he was not open to the suggestion. 

       

      At the time the homeowner placed this complaint with a BBB we had already issued a refund check which should now be in his possession.

      The company caused a roof water leak with their solar application. They have "repaired" it but the solar panels have not been reinstalled for 2 months since the subcontractor completed the job.I would like them to replace the entire roof and do the job correctly as we as reinstall the solar panels all within a week without wait time in between as I am currently on the grid due to their poor customer service.

      Business did set up appointment and came yesterday. When the crew left, I was told everything was up and running and no walk through of action was needed. My enphase app is indicating that the battery is not working and I am not pulling solar from my panels so this has not yet been resolved.

      Semper Solaris project #***** Dividend L23-CA-0439191 First contact March 2023 Estimated install May 2023 Actually operating October 2023 So many calls into Semper Solaris and Dividend who financed Just the entire process , no communication, delays , attempt to collect with no service , sales pitch about rebate and now come time for rebate and no one knows anything of how to process my rebate. I was working work ********************* for sometime after I had no luck with personnel. Now she cant assist and referred me back to my contract after texting. I emailed *************************************** to discuss. No call back or reply to email.

      This customer is concerned with how to file for her federal tax credit after a solar installation.  The customer must indicate the amount spent on her project on IRS form 5695 in conjunction with her income tax return.  The form is relatively easy to fill out and she should consult with her tax preparer.

      I bought a solar system from ********** The installer was Semper Solaris. I have had nothing but run around from these folks to get the system serviced. The solar system has not been producing electricity for over a month. I contacted Semper Solaris to assist me with fixing this issue. ********* contracts with them for installation and repair work. I did a phone conference with a technician from Semper Solaris. They were supposed to schedule a service call but to date have failed to do so. In fact, they do not answer the phone, you only get a hold of an answering/message team. They just take calls and forward them on to Semper Solaris. Very unprofessional and to think they advertise that they are run by military personnel. I don't think so, I retired from the military and have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. Again, just trying to get my solar system back on line.

      On October 10, 2022, we signed a contract with Semper Solaris for a 6.4 kW system and two Tesla Powerwall 2.0 batteries. I provided ******* with a site plan showing where I would like the batteries and solar panels. Six months went by and we did not hear from anyone. We called the sales person (***************************) on June 12, 2023, for information. ******* stated that the county plan check was being difficult and kept adding corrections. I went into the ******************* for more information. Semper Solaris had submitted a plan for county plan check in April 2023 (5 months after signing contract), but gotten it back with corrections, and never resubmitted a corrected plan until our calls in the middle of June. The resubmitted plan was returned to Semper Solaris again, because most of the plan corrections had not been made. Semper Solaris engineer resubmitted the plan again in August 2023, and twice in September 2023. The final resubmittal was by a new engineer, who made all the corrections, and got the plan approved. October 4, 2023, (almost a year since signing contract). Email from Raedene that Planning did not approve the location of the solar panels or batteries. Early November 2023 (over a year since signing contract). Semper Solaris rep arrives from *********** office to survey the site. February 15, 2024, new message from DocuSign that the revised plot plan is ready for my approval. I checked the proposed site plan and had a several issues;March 2, 2024, checked Docusign and the revised site plan only corrected one item (aerial view). The detail for the batteries was corrected by overlaying the plan for the battery struts and pier footings over a photo of the concrete slab, something that makes no sense. None of the 41 Docusign email notifications that Semper Solaris sent me had the battery slab detail correct. At this point, I am waiting for a completely correct site plan to review. Semper Solaris should have resolved the Planning issues over a year ago

      After a year and a half, Semper Solaris could not give me a start date for the work. So, by mutual agreement, we dissolved our contractual agreement. At this point neither one of us is due anything, so I guess you could say the complaint was resolved.
