  I am completely and utterly stressed over this company and their relationship with *****. I had these guys install my Powerwall Batteries 25k and since the install I have had nothing bu issues. SEMPER SOLARIS AND TESLA WILL POINT THE FINGER AT ONE ANOTHER AND SDG&E. HOWEVER, SDG&E have been great. DO NOT GET BATTERIES THROUGH SEMPER SOLARIS OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY INSTALLER. BECAUSE NOBODY WILL OWN THE ISSUE..I HAVE HAD SURGES THOUGHOUT MY HOME BECAUSE OF Tesla Batteries and the lack of responsibility from both Tesla and SEMPER Solaris. I have owned the batteries since 2021 and nothing but issues and stress. I'm a combat veteran 28 years ************* 90% service connected disabilities. I have a medical tag on my power meter. Semper Solaris brags about supporting veterans. Sorry but it's a lie.. Semper Solaris has no right to claim veteran support because they do not care. If you call for support you will wait 2 weeks for a response, or no response.PLEASE BEWARE OF 3RD PARTY INSTALLERS LIKE SEMPER SOLARIS. IF YOU WANT THE **** BATTERIES FROM TESLA THEN HAVE TESLA INSTALLERS; NOT SEMPER SOLARIS.

  Semper solorias says they have or bring military values of honesty.in my opinion is absolutely false. Been patiently dealing with this company for over 8 months of false communication in the mean time wasting our time when we do our part to reschedule our plans and they dont show up or call. Finally they hire an outside contractor to start the installation .. when we were told everything was local. Our system is supposedly workinghavent got a bill yet..so dont know how the outcome is going to be on that yet. Contractors were messy with paint jobsleft a lot of bits and pieces everywhere to clean up and they tried doing a coverup on our roof with a broken clay ******* which is not there? I have pictures to show their work. Tried making us make the first payment without the job being finish. *** hadnt came out yet to inspectsomeone from the fire department had to come out and also check. Problems with the plans that the contractors didnt do right or it was Semper again giving false info to cover up their mistakes. Called Semper to have someone fix the problems and we have not heard anything from anyone for three weeks now. I wish I could post the pictures but in my opinion its a easy fix but I will not fix it on my own due to voiding the warranty. Semper keeps saying they have a high demand of calls .so I guess we are not important anymore due to they have received the money from the bank. Thats how I feel. This company has no integrity to fix their mistakes. Makes no sense to me as a customer paying over *****$ and return I get a $@?! Show of incompetence.

  we signed a contract we then in May of 2023 in July we cancelled the contract do to they would not give us a start time. nor very good commutation skills. never heard a word from them till the end of dec saying we owe them addition 918$ along with our deposit of 1000 $ for work they had done up to the cancellation date. my response is keep the 1000$ and drop ******* charges. as of this date them they still trying to collect the whole ****

  Had solar panels installed 2 years ago. Everything was fine until my ****** bills went through the roof! I owe close to $1900 (making payments from last year) and already at $1600 for month 3 of 12. I've reached out to Semper asking for a reevaluation because I need more panels and no one gets back to me. I've left emails for ********, texts for ****** and a phone call with *****. Please reach out to resolve this issue so I can be ready for summer!

  Certainly! Here's a review of I recently had a solar installation done by Semper Solaris Solar, and unfortunately, my experience with them has been far from satisfactory. Despite initial promises and assurances, the level of customer service I received after the last check was written left much to be desired. One of the major issues I encountered was the bait and switch tactic used by Semper Solaris. During the sales pitch, I was shown well-dressed veterans supposedly installing the solar panels, but on the day of installation, it was clear that they were day laborers who lacked the expertise and professionalism I expected. This discrepancy was not only misleading but also disappointing.Furthermore, the system I purchased was advertised as a 5.2kW system, but upon further inspection, it became apparent that it would never produce more than 4.2kW. This blatant misrepresentation of the product's capabilities is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's integrity.Additionally, the installation process resulted in damage to my roof joists, which was not addressed by Semper Solaris. Moreover, the mess left behind on the site was unsightly and required additional cleanup on my part.To make matters worse, my attempts to communicate these issues and seek resolution have been met with silence from Semper Solaris. Despite sending multiple emails, I have yet to receive a response from their customer service team, demonstrating a lack of accountability and professionalism on their part.Based on my experience and in my opinion, I would strongly advise against doing business with Semper Solaris Solar. Their deceptive practices, subpar installation quality, and poor customer service make them an unreliable choice for solar solutions. I regret choosing them for my solar needs and would not recommend them to anyone seeking a reputable and trustworthy solar provider.

  I clicked on a ******** for installing solar for DWP customers. Filled out the solar form & the next things I'm getting half a dozen calls on my phone a day.Hate see what their sales pitch is like. By all the reviews I know I will not do business with them.

  During initial discussions with our sales rep I expressed concerns whether I have to include my roof as well. Grains were coming off my shingles, and that had not happened before. Semper Solaris inspected my roof and said it was fine. I have many years of life left on my roof. I received an email from Semper Solaris on August 29, 2023 indicating my system was completed and operating. Two weeks after receiving correspondence my system was completed. Around the date of September 13, I contacted Semper Solaris to indicate I lost a bunch of shingles after a wind storm. I had never lost any shingles before and reiterated my concerns for my roof. Not until December (3 months after notifying them of my shingle loss) did I receive contact from Semper Solaris to inspect my roof. They had me agree that if Semper inspects my roof and determines that the damage is not caused by them, then it won't be under warranty and I would be charged $250. If my roof is healthy and I have lots of years left, I shouldn't have to fix shingles a few months after installation. On December 13, the Semper Solaris crew inspected my roof and determined that they are not responsible. I am waiting for my $250 bill. Now I am forced to repair at the least and maybe something more at the most. They would fix all my ridge caps for $2,500. But they would offer me a 10% discount for $2,250. So with the original charge of $250 to come out and inspect my home, I'm back up to $2,500. Again, if my roof is in such peril, why didn't Semper tell me at the time and I could have addressed it at that point. But now not even six months later (3 months delay on their end) I am forced to consider replacing my ridge caps.If I had to do it all over again, I would have used a less expensive vendor and had my roof included in this process. An independent roofing vendor is better than Sempers all in one package. They have a vested interest here to navigate the sales cycle in their favor. Buyer beware.

  October 25, 2023: Semper Solaris had a large-full page advertisement in the San *********** Tribune Newspaper. They advertised that they were a Veteran owned with 11 (eleven) years experience, installed ****** (thirty thousand) solar systems, top rated solar industry. We called and had a consultation on February 17, 2023, followed by signing SEMPER SOLARIS contract, had preliminary site inspection on February 27, 2023, secured financing for $27,600.00 (twenty-seven thousand six-hundred dollars). Semper Solaris applied for and was granted a SFD SOLAR PV permit with the ***************** *********** Services on March 16, 2023, to install the Solar on our home. Moreover, Semper Solaris DID NOT install the Solar at our home, instead the bait-and-switched the service and subcontracted INFINITE ENERGY **** on April 11, 2023, a company that was not veteran-owned, not specialists in Solar or roofs, had only been in business for 2 (two) years as a general contractor with no ***************** no ********** **************** Solar C-46, C-39, C-10 classifications. INFINITE destroyed our new roof, have not repaired the roof damages, and SEMPER SOLARIS has not made repairs either. SEMPER SOLARIS did Not afford us the opportunity to cancel the contract, breached the contract, have not shown good faith, and should refund 50% (fifty percent) of our money for misrepresentation, and be responsible for any and all repairs, due their scams and fraudulent business practices. We have paid the total $27,600.00 of monies in full with No balance owing. DO NOT CONTRACT SEMPER SOLARIS. Its obvious that this company misrepresents themselves to consumers knowing that they will not, and cannot, fulfill the Solar contract installs that they negotiate with homeowners due to greed and fear of losing contracts and money.
