  We are very happy with our new solar and battery backup system from Semper Solaris. *************************** was helpful with all of our questions and made our decision an easy one plus we like supporting veteran owned companies whenever we can.

  Semper Solaris tells a good story, however, they have issues with follow-up on projects!It doesn't seem to matter what time I attempt to contact customer service, I will end up spending a minimum of 30 minutes on the phone.During our project, one of the project supervisors, ******, and I would get into verbal combat, he would always fall back on, it's in the contract!!! We recently had new gutters installed and were advised by ****** that they would have to remove the gutters and we would have to pay to have them reinstalled.I advised him, that if they took the gutters down, they would have to reinstall them, as if by magic, they did not need to remove the gutters.In another instance, ****** sent me a photo of a portion of the roof that did not conform to the rest of the roof, I asked him if it was a structural issue or an aesthetic, and he told me it was aesthetic and it had nothing to do with structure of the roof.I then received a DocuSign for a change order for $3,000.00 for repairing the portion that I was told was not structural.During their removal of the existing roof, I noticed there was damage to my vinyl siding near the garage. I have spent many hours waiting on the phone for customer service to answer, to no avail!During the installation of the roof, two sola-tube lenses were knocked off the base unit, they took the units to replace them, which was last week, I was advised I would hear when they would be replaced, I know firsthand that those lens covers are no longer available, so now we have two holes in our ceiling, which flies and other insects can enter our house from the roof!The crew, the majority, Hispanic are very hard-working individuals, the management, customer service and sales portion of this Company leave a lot to be desired!!I need my solar panels reinstalled, yet, I can't contact anyone to have them scheduled for installation This has become extremely frustrating, mainly due to lack of customer service!!

  Worst ever. We have been try to get our solar up and running for a year now that theyve been installed. We call every week they take months to send anyone out. They dont answer our phone calls. Anyone who come out works for a day resolves nothing and we fight to get someone to return which takes months. Paying our solar loan and ****** with no solar power and the electrical is all messed up. So utterly unacceptable.

  There is no better company to recommend! I am running a new project with Semper Solaris, and could not be more happier. Although I expect hiccups during a construction process, I am most focused on a company that will stand around and make it right. So far, my friends and neighbors have testified that this company does just that. I have seen my share of so called Solar Installers, and Semper by far shows a level of experience and sustainability that is not often found in this market. Semper Fi!

  In summer of 2022, I paid Semper Solaris $20,000 to remove tiles on my roof and install shingles. The bottom line is that despite my being told that they would install new wood to make my roof appear straight, they simply and idiotically put new shingles over a warped wooden structure, which is the exact opposite of why I hired them. The result is My New Severely Warped Roof. You'd be wrong if you thought they would apologize and fix the problem. Instead, numerous calls to customer service went nowhere. One customer service agent even said that there was no one above him that I could speak to-- apparently he thinks he owns the company. My experience with customer service is (1) lying, (2) gaslighting, (3) stonewalling, and (4) more lying, gaslighting and stonewalling. This is the strategy Ive witnessed time and time again-- they send someone to fix the leaky skylights and try to sell me exorbitantly priced new skylights, pretending that the issue is leaking skylights instead of what it really is: A Severely Warped Roof. I called many times about the roof being warped, they say they will send someone out, but the person they send out is told there is a skylight issue, not a warped roof issue. That's the never-ending game Semper Solaris plays. They have a patriotism-based marketing campaign, which fits rather well since some say there are so many lying and gaslighting politicians also waving the red, white and blue. If someone asked me if I recommended Semper Solaris to install a roof or drill holes in your roof to install solar, which can let water in to ruin your home with mold, mildew and flooding-- you wouldnt even know it until its too late, I would tell that person that if they want the absolute worst installation and even worse customer service, give ******************** a call without hesitation. Just pick up the phone now. Semper Solaris will gladly take your money and make you wish you had just left your house as it was.

  I couldnt be happier with the Semper Solaris and the work they did! *************************** was our sales rep and he did a fantastic job explaining everything and was there for us throughout the process. We have a new roof and solar system that looks as good as it works. A++

  My wife and I received notch service from ********************** at Semper Solaris. We met her one day at ****** after we were talking to the SunRun rep, she passed us her card and said to give her a call for a quote. After getting 3 quotes we decided Semper had the best products for the price. It took about 3 months from start to finish. The office is a little busy right now with the big rush so whenever we needed answers we just went directly to ********* and she helped us. As of 2 weeks ago we are finally up and running ready to save money.

  LOVE my Tesla Powerwall set up in my garage! *** had my set up for about 1 year now and we have lost power twice and we didnt even notice besides a little flicker of the lights and the whole house was up and running like nothing ever happened. I thought about getting 3 batteries, but my rep ********* suggested to start with 2 because she believed that was enough to run the house and 3 was a overkill. We appreciated the under sell! Great job on the install Semper!

  SDGE can go take a hike! Feels good to finally stick it to them after theyve been taking my money for all these years. I got a solar system that covers all my usage and more so that I can run my AC as much as I want, and they cant say anything. ********* was our solar girl who was referred by my mother in law. Great to work with, not your typical salesperson who is pushy. Install went smooth and the guys even painted the piece of metal that comes down the side of the house the wires are in. Inspection took about 7 days and turn on was about 2 weeks.
