    Hello, I scheduled Go Port Transfers for 6 people on 09/04/24 from the ********************** to the ******************************. We did not get picked up at our scheduled time and attempted to make contact with Go Port via email and text. This caused us to incur a $300 private taxi ride to the ************** port. This morning, to make matters worse as were ready to leave the ship, I just received an email asking how your service was?! Well I have paid for transfers back to *********** and have recieved no information about our pickup for 6 passengers?. This is disgusting customer service and you should be ashamed of yourself.I paid $419.88 for your service and request an immediate credit in FULL. Your company has left me stranded two little children (2 & 5 years old) and a geriatric mother whom just had a hip replacement. I am appalled as to how you can call yourself a reputable company. Please refund me immediately. As now I will incur another $300 to hire a private taxi ride for the 6 of us back to MCO.

    I was scheduled for a Cruise in May of 2020. My cruise was canceled due to COVID-19. I was able to request a full refund from Goport regarding the cancellation. I have emailed them to check on the status and the 1st response was there would be no refunds until cruises were back up and cruising. I have emailed them 2 more times since cruises have started back up and I keep getting the run around about how they don't hold credit card information and that the refund will be done by check. My last email was in April of 2021, I just sent another email today and, have not received a response. I was trying to give them time to refund my money, but it seems as if they are not going to. Please help me.
