This company sucks! It set me up for auto shipments/payments I didn't sign up for when I ordered a 20dollar sample. I cannot reply to their emails or cancel my account and then at a link in their email, I got sent to a chat room, where they would not help me cancel. I had to stop payment via my PayPal and now they sent me to collections. Worst order experience ever! And the product is worthless and doesn't help at all either. However, customers who choose to place one-time orders are only offered our retail prices. All BOGO special offers include a subscription.
Every time a BOGO free 30-day introductory kit offer is selected for purchase, customers are informed they will receive automatic shipments until they cancel or make changes to their membership. Information about the automatic shipments is clearly stated in three places online before an order can be submitted. First on the order page of our website before an offer is selected; second in the shopping cart - in bold print - prior to any personal information being entered, and lastly, before customers may finalize a membership purchase, they must check an empty box that states: By checking this box, you are electronically signing your order, agreeing to the terms above and to our general Terms & Conditions, including our no-commitment auto-replenishment program, and authorizing us to charge payments to the credit card you provide. Your authorization of future shipments and associated charges was provided by checking this box to complete your initial order. We regret if you found the offer unclear in any way.
Per the terms of your initial purchase, your first auto-replenishment shipment (a 90-day supply with cost split into 3 monthly installments) was sent on 10/11/23 as scheduled. We received an approved payment authorization for the 1st installment on 10/10 but when we attempted to finalize it as a charge once the order was shipped PayPal declined the request. This left the full cost of the shipment as due and activated the past-due billing process to send monthly notices advising of this balance.
Please be advised that our records do not reflect any calls received from the phone number provided with your order, nor any other contact received in reference to your account since your enrollment in September, prior to this review. Additionally, if customers respond to any unmonitored promotional or confirmation email addresses, an automatic response is sent to advise of this which also provides our contact information. We regret if you experienced any difficulty contacting us via the phone, email, or chat options provided at our website, as these channels have been regularly tested without issue.
Although our records do not indicate that any returns have been received to present date, as a gesture of goodwill and in exception to our 60-day satisfaction guarantee, the remaining balance has been cleared. Also, ****************** was notified to remove your account from collections. Please consider any invoices received after the date of this correspondence as having crossed in the mail.

I agree with all the other reviewers. I think the product is good, but their business practices are a scam. When you order from them you dont realize its a subscription and then they charge you $46 a month. They make it extremely hard to cancel and I had to threaten them with the BBB before they would relent and cancel my subscription. Stay away from these people!SmileActives

Their customer service reps are very well trained. I cancelled my order as the product did not whiten my teeth but did make my gums sore and she assured me it was cancelled. The next day I got an email stating that I will be billed over $60. I put in a dispute with my credit card company and was immediately credited the amount for the last shipment. They must be well known as scammers. I did return that shipment to them at a cost of $10, as I had heard that they will put in a claim with a collection agency. In the end I was only out $40 and sore gums. Buyer beware.SmileActives

On 4/2/24, we received your email informing us that you had returned the 2nd shipment on 4/1. On 4/3, we received notification from your financial institution of your dispute. No action was taken since the order had already been refunded and we were waiting for the return which was received on 4/9.

The product is "okay, (not great) and definitely not worth the exorbitant cost. Worse is how hard they make it to cancel AND that they charge you for the product in installments, which is not highlighted when you sign up, so that you're paying for it for a couple of months after you cancel, which is highly misleading. I wish I'd seen these reviews before signing up and will definitely do a better job of not being caught in such a scam in the future.SmileActives

Same as all the other reviews. I ordered and immediately saw the email saying I was subscribed. Within minutes of placing the order I want to the chat to cancel and unsubscribe. I have screeshots of the whole chat confirming the cancelation of the purchase and subscription. The charge is pending on my credit card anyways. Trap you in a auto renew. Even if you call to cancel they send it anyway and charge you. You can return it but they make you $9.53 for shipping.
