    My partner bought me a subscription to this service, VYNL, for my birthday in August 2020. The idea is that the company mails you a surprise vinyl record every month. My partner bought me a year subscription. I only received 2 vinyls ever from the company. When I told my partner, they canceled the subscription. Yesterday, he found out that he's still being charged monthly for VYNL. Over two years later!

    I placed an order with vnyl.org in March of 2022. It's been nearly 7 months and I have heard no communications from the seller. They have not provided shipping or tracking information, have not communicated timelines, and I have not received my product.

    I have been a member of this company for MONTHS and have not received product from them for many months. This is $40 a month stolen from me for no product!!!!!! I have been trying to cancel for months as well. Their phone number says leave a message. They don't return message. Email does not respond to anything at all. At this point I need to call and dispute claims with my bank and I am furious. I want confirmation from this scam that my account is called and I want a full refund.

    I had signed up for a membership and then immediately decided to cancel the membership. I called the phone number requested multiple times and left a voicemail about wanting to cancel my membership. I never received a phone call back and was proceeded to be charged for 4 months worth of the subscription without receiving the products I was charged for. I am now in the process of emailing with the customer service staff who have been no help what so ever. I have lost approx $180 CAD from this. I am looking to have them refund me.

    I recently realized I was charged for a subscription that I thought I had cancelled a long time ago. I then reached out to them and they refused to refund me. I decided to look at my transaction history and noticed they had been charging me an entire year and had not been sent anything that I was paying for.

    In November 2021, I signed up for VNYL to find some new music and get some fun new records to add to my collection. After my second order (Dec. 2021 with the record arriving Jan. 2022), I did not sign up to continue my subscription.

    Unbeknownst to me, my debit card has been charged the $14.99 every month since, despite me never receiving a product in exchange. What was I ever being charged for?! They weren't losing any product or offering me anything in exchange for my money. Granted, I did not go into settings and choose to completely terminate my account, but I never made any selections or was ever made aware that I was still being charged.

    I called the phone number on their website and it immediately says an automated message that says their hours are. between 12:30-2:30pm PST. Tiny window. I call back then and another automated message telling me the number is unavailable but I can leave a message. I found an email address in an email from when I opened the account and a few days later someone replied, but denied me a refund and redirected me to the sites TOS. Their TOS only claims refunds cannot be given for partially used periods-- which this is not, yet I was outright refused a refund and redirected to this page. Nowhere on their TOS page does it say anything pertaining to this situation.

    MONTHS of charges for product that I was not receiving, and for me on a debit card I don't use much, so the only reason I found out is because I got a letter in the mail from Chase bank saying my account is overdrawn. I am currently unemployed, the last thing I need is to now have to pay off debt to the bank because of a company with a very deceptive business model.
