  I received a gift card from someone and in order to obtain the gift you are required to add a credit card. What I did not notice was in the fine print they would charge that card each month even after the gift card expired. The major problem is they were not sending me anything each month just taking my money. They claim it my responsibility to log in a select what I want or they wont send anything and they can just keep your money. They stole over $800 from my account in exchange for literally nothing and refuse to provide a refund. Seems this is their business model.

  Huge SCAM. Difficult to even understand how this service works and what youve signed up for. Will continue to charge you for months to years without notification. Moreover, they make it really difficult to cancel the subscription; you cannot cancel through their website, even if you are logged in. To cancel, you have to call a number with limited hours and with limited people who answer the phone even if calling during their hours of operation. It is an unscrupulous business, which has purposefully vague terms and with built in barriers for the customers. They intentionally mislead customers and will keep charging you in the shadows, without notifying you of this status and without any communication whatsoever of membership status.The attorney general needs to get involved.

  This is basically a scam. BUYER BEWARE!! There is no way to cancel outside of getting a new debit or credit card. It is unbelievable. Also, despite the concept being interesting, their picks are terrible and I'm relatively sure they are just buying unsold stock wholesale.

  TERRIBLE COMPANY, there picks **** and they make up some bs on why they sent it. They sent me a record because it has '*******************' vibes when he is nowhere on my profile and never listened to him in my life. Got in contact with customer service and talked to ****** and she was absolutely no help. wasted $100. on top of that they make you pay shipping on every order and don't tell you that up front. NOT NOT BUY!!!

  Fraudulent. Any subscription service you sing up for, they will send you product the first month and then never send you anything again but continue to charge you. Their CS line goes to a VM where they say they are experiencing higher volume but they don't ask for a callback, they want you to give them your email address. So instead of trying to spell out an entire email address on a voicemail to get some help, I tried emailing them directly. No response, no cancelation requests, no product replacement, nothing. You're only hope then is to contact your debit/credit card company to get your account number changed in order to stop the recurring charges. Avoid at all cost.

  This company has horrible customer service and shady practices. I signed up for the 3 month subscription. Did not realize it would auto-renew for another 3 months, every 3 months until I stop it. After the first 3 months I didn't love what they sent me, and never thought about it again. They have been charging me $99 every 3 months for the last year without my knowledge. Totaling almost $500. I never received any product in the mail because of how their service works (you have to log in to choose what kind of music you want each month). So they charged me over and over and over again knowing full well I was not logging in to choose new music, therefore never receiving any of their product. I feel so taken advantage of by this company, and said so in my email. When I reached out to customer service, I was fully expecting them to apologize for the mistake and refund me in full. I spoke to two different people, both were equally unhelpful and refused to refund me. They offered me store credit, but I truly don't want any of their products. I am shocked at how horribly this was handled, and would advise everyone to NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

  I wish that it could be zero. Never once have they sent a reminder email to pick a record before the next billing cycle. They don't even pick ************. When you call to cancel the message says they are experiencing higher than normal call volume and to leave a message without even the option to stay on hold. I am still waiting for a return call...

  Absolute scam. My daughter started to sign up, never completed her subscription and they charged her. Can't get a person on the phone and they are "open" 4 hours a day. I have been emailing customer service with no success for over a week but I am convinced it is a bot not a person. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

  Unable to cancel my subscription. Like the others. Should have checked here first. I am only able to leave messages during business hours and they have yet to reply to my email.

  I gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give 0. Screwed me out of 3 records after they took my money and then cancelled my membership. Absolutely horrible customer service,what there was of it. All I got were snide and condescending comments whenever I questioned where my order was.
