      I ordered an online copy of the sheet music for the song "Careless Hands" from Sheet Music Plus. It was described as 2 pages. What I got was one page of sheet music (only half the song) and a mostly blank page 2 with only their logo at the top. Half a song is of no use to me. I was chaged $5.36 to my credit card account. ($4.99 + .37 tax). I cannot find any way on their website to contact them.

      Transaction date: ***** 26th,2023 Refund date: ***** 27th,2023 In November of 2022 I made a purchase on sheetmusicplus.com & then cancelled my purchase.On ***** 26th,2023 I was charged 2885.08$. Upon contacting the company they told me their was a glitch in their system & apologized for charging my card without my consent.They refunded me the amount that was charged to my card but due to the exchange rate I was only refunded 2733.49$ (a difference of 151.49$).Upon contacting the company again to ask them to refund me the balance to their error ("glitch") as they called it, they told me their was nothing they can do on their end.I contacted my credit card company ****** ****** told me their was nothing they can do, leaving me with having to pay the balance of 151.49$ as SheetMusicPlus would not rectify the situation after charging my card without consent.I would like for the amount of 151.49$ be payed to me as I dont feel it is fair or logical for me to have to pay as a consumer for something I did not do.
