    ********************* was extremely helpful in communicating clearly the process as it was happening. She made herself available and always got back to me when I reached out. I understand there was some friction early on in the process, but overall I'm happy with the result.

    Disappointed with Ree Medical, and their customer service. The communication starts out good but then stops. Was advised by my Ree Medical Client Experience Navigator (CEN), who had spoken with their supervisor, that I could request a refund of $3295 for services not utilized. I took a day to think about my options and then elected to proceed with the refund request (13 Aug 2024).14 Aug 2024, my *** acknowledged my request and said he submitted the request, allow some time for the review and approval, and that a member would contact me soon. I hadn't heard anything.19 Aug 2024, I reached back out requesting a status.20 Aug 2024, my *** replies he submitted the request on today, and allow 7-10 business days for processing. (Did you catch it? He told me this was submitted on 14 Aug 2024...)30 Aug 2024, asked for another status update from my ***. He responds "it has been submitted and still processing".03 Sep 2024, another attempt for a status update from my ***. No reply. Called Ree Medical, opened a ticket, and was told by the operator someone will contact me within ***** hours. That didn't happen!06 Sep 2024, emailed my CEN, used the "contact" link on Ree Medical, and called Ree Medical again, opened another ticket, and was told the same thing... ***** hours someone will contact you.I kindly request the assistance of the BBB in helping me resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

    I am filing a complaint against REEMedical regarding a refund request of $545 for services that were neither used nor initiated.In the third week of August, I was in communication with REEMedical to potentially contract their services to assist in filing a VA claim. After our discussions, I decided to proceed and made a payment on Tuesday, August 27th. However, shortly afterward, I met with my *************** Officer (VSO), who informed me that I already had a pending claim and suggested that I should have waited before engaging with REEMedical.On Wednesday, August 28th, just one day after making the payment, I contacted REEMedical to explain my situation and request a refund. The representative I spoke to was polite and understanding but since then, I have not received any follow-up or confirmation regarding my refund. I have made further attempts to reach out, but their representatives have consistently been unavailable, and my request has not been addressed.Given that no services were provided by REEMedical, I requested a full refund of $545. I believe this is a fair resolution, considering that the services I paid for were not rendered.I kindly request the BBB's assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

    I am 90% disabled. Another vet told me to get with REE to see if they could assist with getting me to 100%... WELL: At first, I was contacted on a daily basis... Phone calls and emails. They went crazy with contacting me (which was awesome). I had to give them a HUGE amount of money to get things started. About a month in, It was determined that due to my disability codes, I was pretty much stuck at 90%. This was the last time I heard from them. I called 3 times within a month to ask about some type of refund, because with the amount I paid, I would expect some type of refund when they couldn't do anything for me. Each time I called, I was told they would update my case and someone would call me back in 2 days. WELL: Like mentioned earlier, I called them 3 times within a month to find out about refunding some of my money and was told the same thing... "updating case and someone would call me back". I haven't heard a peep from anyone. Be careful if you choose to use them. Just a heads up.

    Had to pay over $ ******* and had trouble getting in touch with them. Would not return calls only communicated thru E-mail. Paid the via Bank Cashiers check. NO receipt as of yet. been over a week

    My experience with REE Medical was by far the best. I had used 2 other companies prior, and did not receive the communication like I did with REE Medical.     I had had an agreement with VetLink for over $200.00 a month. Then I received a call that I need to pay $2000 since the company as stated was taken over by Ree Medical. Since I fid not have the *******, they will be taking over $500.00 a month for 4 months with a ****** dollar service fee. Shame on this company for charging a finance fee to Veterans.

    I was Orginaly with Vet link and my worker there was great he reched out to me often just to check in on me even if only by email or text sometimes. since the merger with Ree i cannot get as much as a call back weeks after leaving a message i finaly called in posing as a new client and actually made it past the operator only to find out they cant find my file. I have been reaching out to them because i finaly recieve3d my decision on a higher level review and no one can help me figure it out. I asked the gentleman since you cant find my file maybe you can just get me a letter releasing me from any obligation to Ree medical and he said well thats above me ill have some one call you back.
