      ***I don't understand why Life Alert would require a contract to use the services. I was not informed of the 3-year contract at the time of my subscription but was informed of it when I tried to cancel. Had it been mentioned initially, I would not have signed up, knowing I will be retiring, and my income will decrease. Affording this $98.85 monthly is not feasible. I feel they take advantage of people in need with a contract. I was told that my account can be reduced by $20.00per month by returning the pendant and the bath button. I returned all the equipment. With seniors signing up for Life Alert, or family members signing up for elderly family members, a contract should not be allowed. This is preying on the elderly. **************

      Hello, we are confused as to why you would write an inaccurate review.  Since Life Alert works predominately with seniors, we ensure they are made aware of our *********************** Agreement. 

      We reviewed the call with your Care Sales Manager, he thoroughly went over the pricing, and did tell you about our 36-month agreement that locks in your special price.  Also, there were multiple calls confirming this information before we sent you the equipment. 

      Lastly, the terms and cost are located in large font at the beginning of our agreement so that it makes it easy for you to see,read, and understand, before you signed it.

      All was solved 2 months ago when we offered you options that were in your financial favor, which settled your concerns.

      ***** was excellent in helping me to *** easily set up life alert, and to make sure my father is now safe!!!! I now have peace of mind that if he falls, he will not lay there waiting to be found!!! THAT is priceless!!! ***************** was wonderful in assisting me in signing up for life alert! Thankyou to all of whom helped my father and I!!!! It is greatly appreciated!!!!
