      ***** was fantastic! So friendly and genuine. Mom seems to feel pretty good about it. I think she feels shes losing some of her privacy but it sure beats having to move into mine or my sisters homes. We drive her crazy. I know I feel better about her living alone at 82. Set up was super easy. And love the fact that theres no batteries for mom to have to charge. Everyone I have talked to there has been great!

      The first representative, ****, was unbelievably polite, knowledgeable, kind, understanding, helpful and any other words that describe the perfect customer service experience. The follow up call, with a representative whose name I cannot recall, was all those things as well. Overall, I was extremely impressed with both of them!

      Sales person wrote order JUST AS I REQUESTED! "CALL HOSPICE FIRST! DO NOT CALL 911! " When set up of system was unfolding I was told 911 is called FIRST and THAT IS LIFE ALERT PROTOCOL! I suggest that SALES FORCE be made aware of This Protocol, so consumer can be enlightened! There, apparently, is a Work around This Protocol BUT - Good Grief! Letter must be sent, POA papers submitted and hoops jumped through! Not sure I would have subscribed, had I known the REAL SYSTEM!

      Please know, Life Alert is a HIPAA compliant company and legally must have the proper paperwork on file in order to follow your instructions and to change our protocol.

      As the only medical alert company proven to save a life every ******************************************************************* writing.  Although your representative did advise of some paperwork that was needed, we apologize that he didnt explain all that is required.

      We will bring this up to his manager.

      I was so nervous starting out but in minutes **** had me relaxed and I was able to do everything with his help. I am very grateful that he was the person to help me. Thank you for everything.

      ***** was very polite, professional and patient. I had actually called previously and the young lady I spoke with was very impatient and pushy with me. The incorrect number had been listed on the paperwork and she informed me very impatiently that she couldn't find our profile, then put me on hold. She treated me like some "old idiot" who doesn't understand technology. We signed up for this service for my friend and roommate, *****, who is experiencing the symptoms of dementia and he doesn't understand. I'm his advocate and didn't appreciate being treated in a condescending manner. I hung up and in examining the paperwork I noticed that the contact number was not listed correctly. I called back and got Lenni. I explained the number mishap to him and from that point everything went very smoothly. He did a fantastic job and is a great asset to your company. The young lady who called me after the set up was also a bit condescending to me when I asked questions. Please train your young reps that not everyone who is setting up your product is someone who is not able to understand technology. Some of us are taking care of the person who is in need of Life Alert. More importantly, many seniors don't understand technology and don't have someone like me to set up and test the system for them. Those people need to be treated with kindness and patience. ***** exhibited these qualities. The two young ladies did not. I would like to remind them of one truth: Everyone gets old.

      Great customer service through the purchase and care in setting up the Life Alert system. We are very relieved the Life Alert team is working with us to ensure our Mom is able to continue living in her own home with their monitoring.
