      ****** was awesome. She made it easy to activate and test the units. The follow up call was good and gave me more suggestions as to how to use the unit. I will be comfortable in calling Life Alert if I have any questions or concerns.

      The absolute worst customer service. When I explained I went with a better alternative for my loved one, they challenged my decision and implied I didnt want the best for her. They were rude, disrespectful and wouldnt stop calling. When asked to speak with a supervisor, the service was just as horrible. I didnt go with them for my own decisions (no fall detection) and their prices are far greater than the solution I went with. Do your research and dont accept poor service!

      My mom passed in September 2023, I was her emergency contact. Life Alert has harassed me calling several times a week, and today 4 calls back to back when I asked them to stop calling. They want the equipment and are rude and demanding. The equipment was sent back to them in February according to my mother before she went in the nursing home. They called demanding the receipt it was shipped. My mom shipped it and is no longer here to ask for receipt. This is very difficult to deal with while trying to mourn the loss of my mother. Complete disrespect and harassment!! Dont ever get their service cause they will haunt you even after your loved one passes away.
