      life alert do not.use...I had purchased a life alert for my step father because of his health conditions and age..I did all that life alert had inform me to do and paid the ******.to start the fee and when I was not able to retrieve the product I explained to them what happened and requested for my deposit back of ******.and to cancel the policy. I was meet with rudeness and the staff member who completed to order for me would not let me cancel the policy.. she continued foe almost 20 minutes and i repeated to ***************** so i could cancel.my policy. Then i was transferred to Nemours staff members who was.rude and not per fissional .. and it has been over 1 month and I have not received my money back and I keep being told that I have to wait for them to get their check from *** before they give me my money back.. I need help because there should no way be that I have to wait when *** STATED clearly they were at fault.. please help me ... I hate I had to guve 1 start they need 0.

      We understand your frustration with **** as they did not deliver the equipment.  There are a few discrepancies within your review that we would like to correct.  Per the recorded calls, our reps were friendly and informative in attempting to help in this unusual situation.  We attempted to rectify the mistake made with UPS.  We had a representative reach out to you regarding the refund.  Finally, all of this occurred within 10 business days, not a month.  We are sorry for your frustration that was caused by UPS.
