    On 1/18/2023 I opened a BrainStormProducts account and placed an order for items required by 2/3/23 for an event attracting competitors traveling from 5 states.On 1/19/23 BrainStormProducts' Specialty Sales Director ********************* emailed requesting my sales tax I D number, and I replied with it the same day.On 1/23/2023, having received no confirmation of my order being processed, I called ************** to inform him of that. He said he'd "check into it and get right back" to me.On 1/25/23, having neither heard back from ************** nor received confirmation of my order being processed, I called him again to check the status of my order and emphasize the order MUST arrive by 2/3/23. ************** gave the same assurances he'd "check into it and get right back" to me as before, verbatim.On 1/27/23, having STILL neither heard back from ************** nor received confirmation of my order being processed, much less an expected ship date, I called him once again that Friday. Yet again he made the same promise to "check into it and get right back" to me. I told him since he'd broken that same promise twice, to cancel my order. He pleaded, "Don't do that." I replied that was not my preference, but I had no reason to believe my order would ship in time to arrive for my event. However I relented, and STRESSED AGAIN, "If you don't get back to me before closing time CANCEL MY ORDER". I did not hear back from him.On 1/30/23 I ordered from another source. On 1/31/23 I received an email from ************** stating my order shipped and would arrive on Friday. That is not BY Friday.On 2/4/23 the order I told ************** TWICE to cancel arrived a day too late for my event and a day later than ****************** FOURTH broken promise. The invoice shows $62.40 in product and a shipping charge of $39.39 for EXPRESS shipping; yet the CANCELLED order nevertheless arrived too late to use it. The cancelled order that arrived too late for its purpose is useless to me, and ************** doesn't return my calls.
