    I signed up for three wax passes and prepaid for the entire year, planning on staying local to ********* CA. Unfortunately two months into my services, I moved to ******** with my two horses. Because of where I live, I cannot use my passes and I cannot use store credit. When I requested the amount refunded back to my card, I was denied and told only store credit would be available. So currently, over $1000+ is being wrongfully withheld based on some policy that was never told to me when I signed up. The policy says I have 30 days to cancel and get money returned, but this policy was never shown to me or told to me until AFTER the 30 days. When I signed up, I was assured many times I could cancel and receive the balance back to my card. This was a lie, and I would like it corrected. In simple terms this is theft. Needless to say, I would like my money returned to the card on file and my experience of good service preserved. If it was possible to continue using the service I would, but I cannot use it and I would like all my money back.

    The European Wax center in union west branch commons is terrible the manager is rude the waters are unprofessional I got waxed on Sunday for Brazilian underarm and upper leg the waxer did a terrible job I called the branch to tell them I wasnt properly waxed the manager yelled at me and told me that I should have returned the same day I told her I was going to work I didnt have time to came back the same day she said European waxing poly only allowed clean up the same day theres nothing she can do for me. I told her other branches have a 5 days touch up rule she said the policy is only for the same day as I was trying to explain to her that I paid for a service that was not delivered accurately she hang up the phone please be aware of this location thats not the first incident that happened there. Last year a friend of my was got burned by a waver
