This business is my "landlord." They regularly refuse to reply to notifications of damage or need for repairs and began ignoring all my complaints from day one. Recently I reported a severe issue with the lack of insulation in the bathroom for the rental unit I live in. After reporting it and coming into the office to pay the rent I had a very disconcerting conversation with the Manager (******* ******). He insisted that I no longer email him for no reason. He literally would not provide a reason when pressed. After my rent was processed on my way out he made an open threat stating "the owner is giving you one month to change you tone." When asked if this was official notice they stated that it was not. They have since refused to elaborate after being asked several times what it is they meant. They have since taken retaliatory action against me by removing my access to the cameras of the apartment complex which has made me feel unsafe and distressed.

I paid the owner of this company, ***************************, $400 to do an inspection on my ***** sq ft. manufactured home. I received a report that could have been done by someone completely unexperienced in construction OR inspections. The report was nine pages as opposed to ***** for most professional reports (inside and outside of the residence) and usually includes many photos. His had very few photos, the "most important" of which was a broken vent in the ***** outside. Another issue he thought important enough to list in those nine pages was a piece of trim coming away from the wall in the kitchen....It has so far cost me over $35,000 to repair this house, including dry rot outside as well as surprise plumbing leaks, electrical repairs, dysfunctional appliances and flooring replacement; and I'm still sleeping in the living room after almost nine months because of mandatory repairs in the master bath and bedroom. Most importantly, his incompetence cost me over $12,000 on the negotiation purchase of this home, NOT TO MENTION THE AFOREMENTIIONED UNANTICIPATED EMERGENCIES AND REPAIRS. The purpose of doing an inspection before buying a home, which is well outlined on his own website, is to notify you of potential expenses. His report (attached) did nothing of the kind, and knowing how important an inspection is and then doing this is akin to criminal fraud, in my opinion. If I had known then what I know now, I would not have purchased this house. I recommend that he IMMEDIATELY cease his efforts at trying to inspect homes! I would like a refund.Additionally, any realtor (***************************) who recommends him should know better, and I am strongly considering reporting her too because she uses him all the time! No doubt it serves both of their purposes in defrauding people.
