I purchased three items from the bulk bin section. When I got home, I noticed that my receipt amount looked really high. I weighed the items I bought and the amounts I was charged are incorrect based on the weight. I was charged for .24, .26, and .26 pounds of items when the amounts I received are .024, .026, and .026 of these items. I immediately called the store and spoke to a clerk who said they could not do anything about it because what shows on the scale they have stands. I asked to speak to a manager who said they stand by their belief that their scale works. I asked if I could please have an email address to send them a copy of my receipt to see if something happened in the calculation that would explain it and they said no. I was offered a $10 store credit, but when my partner went to the store to pick it up, it was not there. I am concerned that I was overcharged and they were not interested in figuring out why and that I had the original items and receipt and I could not get a refund.
